  • Mourinho for Portugal...

  • amrabat 6.7? are they crazy? these rating are stupid. amrabat was sensational.

  • I smell morocco- croatia in the final.

  • @gen Not even in any existing parallel universe.

  • @Sputnik France did not look great against England. If Morocco can beat Spain and Portugal, an upset against France isn't far-fetched. And Argentina has real flaws and Croatia can definitely defeat them.

  • @Marbella never think you know football again

  • Penaldo 0 goals and 0 assists in knockout stage of the World Cup and 0 finals played... and they compare with Messi.

  • @Davisson yeah his fault he was born Portuguese

  • @BSN look how many Portuguese players play at the top club across europe and compare that to the argentinian players. Let alone fifa team value estimation. Portugal team 200 mil more in value than the Argentines

  • @BSN u want messi to play for spain?

  • @BSN That's literally an advantage to Ronaldo right now. Portugal's squad is SO much better than Argentina's at every position except maybe goalkeeper. Imagine if Messi had a world class striker to feed or technical players like Bernardo, Bruno or Leao and etc. to help carry the creative load. Ronaldo's warming the bench and figuring out which Saudi Arabian side to sign with while Messi is going to the world cup final and is the best player on a champions league contender. levels.

  • @jallsopp15 and they say messi plays in farmers league. Both mbappe and messi tops goal contribution chart in ligue 1, ucl, and world cup!!!

  • lol there's a media war on Cristiano, he should've started this game, congrats to morocco though

  • Great day for football, guys what a happiness.

  • Parking the bus is anti-football.

  • @agunchev bla bla bla lmao, I comment just to see such kinda stoopid comment xD dude if tactical masterpieces doesn't amuse then football aint for u, as simple as that, Morocco wanna win not play around, should they let Portugal do what they want so that u mr "I support most famous player" guy be happy ? lmao so stupid, plus what's more prettier than underdogs winning? how can u not support that? and to conclude, it's a deserved af win, it could have been 3-0 atleast, be grateful. and majority of times specially in first half we built some gorgeous attacks, but when it's 1-0 it's better to use logic and protect it. what an amazing defence.

  • Huge congratulations to Morocco for making history everyone is taking Morocco's performance in first ground for granted it is not easy getting a draw from croatia not toping any world cup group Spain thought it was gonna be a free ticket to the quarter finals Portugal didn't wanna learn the lesson from what happened with Belgium and Spain we don't want to win the world cup, we only want to enjoy and make underdogs believe in them selves.

  • I'm glad portugal lost after their BS penalty awarded against Uruguay.

  • @Terry And against Ghana.

  • @Terry yeah i've noticed how many of their players was trying to get a penalty today

  • @Terry yeah, vitinha’s dive. LOL

  • A bitter defeat for Portugal with the feeling they could have done more. Without a doubt, this referee is weak, only good for refereeing games in South America. Congratulations to Morocco for the victory and for the spirit of mutual help.

  • HAHAHAHAHAH MARBELLA AND ALL PENDEJOS CRY IS Free Learn football next time

  • @pibedebarrio I am english but live in Puerto Banus.

  • @pibedebarrio You are a clown with Childish posts.

  • @Marbella BAHAHAHAHAHHA

  • Morocco with players from the bottom teams of Europe's top divisions and from 2nd division teams managed to beat a Portugal with players from the top teams of Europe's top divisions. No one finds this weird besides me??? Fernando Santos should, at least, because he made the difference! LOL

  • @Zoltan It does not matter AT ALL which club the given national team's players play at.

  • @Zoltan We have some great players from Sevilla, Chelsea, Bayern Munich, PSG, Fiorontina ... Not all players play for shitty teams tho.

  • @Zoltan Wish you could give this criticism before the game started. You were among those who believed Morocco had no real chance. It's easy to know it all after the fact. Portugal played the exact same selection and tactics that destroyed Switzerland.

  • @Gewoonmoi Oh, nope it wasn't the same tactics. They abused of the left side of the field. There was some deliberate strategy move that didn't go well. If they had explored the right wing as well, they would be far more dangerous.

  • Congratulations to the Morocco fans by the way: Morocco - Fernando Santos 1 - 0 LOL. P.S. Why do the Portuguese need to bring in poor coaches such as Fernando Santos when they have much better coaches of their own (for example Jorge Jesus)???

  • @Zoltan finger pointing? Didn’t you say anything about the coach for the previous game, do you? FYI, Marocco is a very strong defensive team. Go back and check/watch its last 4 games : zero goal allowed (now it’s 5 games). Marocco desires to be in the final 4.

  • @Zoltan Please, stop embarrassing yourself. Did you guess single game this tournament? Stop looking at teams by their $$$ value + coach. There is so much more to any team then that.

  • @Zoltan lol JJ? Only a good coach for brazilians for sure…

  • I love to read all those clueless about football how great is for football for Morocco and Croatia to advance to the next stage. Typical people who don't care about what they are watching, as long as they have the results desired by them (at any price). Anyway, the reason why these people are right is that the coaches at the helm of these teams (Morocco and Portugal) are as clueless as themselves!

  • @Zoltan crying because Ronaldo out? It’s likely the one who don’t care about what he/she watching is you. All you care is Ronaldo. Both Croatia and Marocco desire the next round - they played their hearts out as the team. And you know what? The defense wins games - not about how many goals/points you score but about how you stop the opponents

  • The stronger team, doesn't always win.

  • @DanMan123 In this case it did.

  • Ronaldo's claim as the GOAT is now officially over. He is behind Messi in 90% of all major stats, trophies, and achievements, and just lost his last chance to have any argument at all. Oh, and he finished 18th best ON HIS OWN TEAM at this tournament, and not even in the top 350 in the whole tournament. Night and day difference between him and Messi in the end of their long rivalry!

  • @1974cruyff Why the hate against Ronaldo, I still don't get it. Why don't anyone think from a player perspective. If Portugal wins Ronaldo doesn't alone take the trophy home. It still is at a national level, Look at his speech after winning Euro's. How much a national trophy means for any player. Although, Still Messi is qualified for semi's not won anything internationally yet. (Bar the copa which compared to Euro is still debatable).

  • @1974cruyff Ronaldo is the GOAT but he is nearly 38 while Messi is 35 and every year counts in those advanced ages.

  • @hellreaper older sure, but don’t ronaldo fans praise how phisically well built and capable ronaldo is compared to majority of the younger players? where is that argument now? modric is about the same age, but a lot smaller and slower but guess what? football ain’t all about scoring goals, eh?

  • @1974cruyff i feel bad for ronaldo, but arrogance can never be compared to the gift of God

  • @1974cruyff well said, man.

  • This is how much coaching counts: Morocco should have no business in the semifinals, but if you give them the first 45 minutes free (66% possession by the Portuguese back line instead of getting the ball to your best player, Goncalo Ramos; an attacking section without any discipline - Joao Felix screwing up a 100% chance that Ramos arriving right behind him would put away), if your attacking improvement in the 2nd half comes down to adding -2 individuals (C. Ronaldo and Cancelo, so now you are playing 9 against 11) and then if in the final 20 minutes all your attacking prowess comes down to centering high balls into Dias (a defender, which is a sign of total cluelessness and lack of confidence!), then a weak team such as Morocco will take the chance. What else can you say about a team (Morocco) that couldn't even score on two 100% counterattacks, to put to bed the game with at least one more goal??? It is sad that teams such as Croatia, Argentina, and Morocco are the best at the momen

  • @Zoltan Ramos was the worst outfield player on the pitch. Stop.

  • This was Cristiano's last WC game, end of an era. Incredibly sad moment even for a Messi fan like me.

  • @GioMonaldo why last? He can beat Roger Milla records too

  • @GioMonaldo and messi last wc match will be next vs croatia...

  • @wdetac hahahah , possibly but at least 1 more round

  • @wdetac nope but nice try

  • @wdetac Don't forget the third place play-off!

  • @wdetac no it won't. Even if they lose (they won't) there's a 3rd place playoff.

  • @wilde on paper, croatia is stronger, but I hope messi will show up

  • @wdetac we will see.

  • Again better team won. Congrats Morocco on historical result. Just single goal conceded until semis. Incredible. That reunion with us Croatia - Morocco closer by every day.

  • @Ewerfekt You have a real chance to make it to the finals. Argentina is beatable, they have real flaws. Morocco will probably face France next and I feel that Morocco is just not going to stop them, I'm sorry to say.

  • if*

  • @Ewerfekt of Croatia - Morocco again, I will all in 0-0

  • AAAAAA WHAT IS GOING ON IN THIS WORLD CUP Morocco first african team to reach semifinals Congratulations!

  • @toleadibilu african team without blacks...

  • I was rooting for Portugal but Marrocco deserved the qualification. Portugal created only a few chances. I hope they hire Jorge Jesus as the next coach.

  • Again Morocco felt at home with that crowd. Again, congratulations to them and their fans! Impressive result.

  • A proof that African team too can reach semis in the WC. Always believe in yourself. Allah is great!

  • @Alparslan first time it happened isn't it?

  • @Socio4Life yup

  • wo! suprise! but it will make england/france easy to go into final

  • @wdetac Moroccans feel the same about England. No one in Morocco thinks England is unbeatable.

  • @wdetac why would it be easy for them?

  • Well done Morocco, well organised and all players done their jobs

  • Morocco was practic but after the goal they did not do so much. Portugal counted with many chances, some clear nom not unclear but always attackin.g great savings from Bono at last against Joao Felix strike and lately a "mano a mano"against CR7, chapeau for keeper but I say it again, IMO Morocco was not better team today.

  • Wow, GG Morocco!

  • Ronaldo and Fernandes crying.

  • done

  • Well done Morocco your fans deserve it.Can they do it against France or England ?

  • @Marbella please don't! I don't want to suffer all this catenaccio without the Italians in the competition!!!

  • Brazil and Portugal out, two gypsy language nations, interesting. Great tactics by Portugal in later stages to cross the ball aimlessly

  • @koziol.mutant Exactly! The gypsy head coaches made sure to add their cluelessness into the mix, so that a poor defensive team such as Morocco could get away with a lonely goal found at the end of the first half! LOL

  • Greece 2004 so far

  • @tar88s Like Greece in 2004, Morocco play like a team so that the total is greater than the sum of its parts. Good luck to them.

  • @tar88s Not really, they aren't THAT defensive.

  • @wilde not true, almost equally defensive

  • @wdetac Morocco is playing terrific football.

  • So far Morocco deserve the win.Portugal panicking now with time running out.

  • With CR7 on the field, they suddenly remember how to pay football....the coach is a frigging idiot for dropping him...lol....

  • @AramisMick HAAAAAAAA

  • Also, both Bernardo Silva and Bruno Fernandes have this total freedom that Joao Felix has: at times I see them in their own defensive line, at times on the wing, at times among the forwards, when in fact two of them should always be on the wings to provide service to Goncalo Ramos, and one of them in the middle to connect the defence with the wingers and the forward. The entire Portuguese team lacks structure, which really tells about the cluelessness of Fernando Santos!

  • Ramos hardly touched the ball, bring on CR7 soon

  • Portugal only woke up with goal… Let the party begin..

  • Portugal (Fernando Santos really) does everything to give away this game to Morocco: 1. Why on Earth is Diogo Costa is the first choice goalkeeper when both Rui Patricio and Sa' are much better than him (the goal was Costa's fault)? 2. Why is Joao Felix playing sometimes on the left wing, sometimes as an attacking midfielder through the middle, and sometimes as a forward OVERLAPPING WITH GONCALO RAMOS??? (yes, you guessed it right: in the first few minutes he screwed up an enormous chance when he headed the ball into Bono, when Goncalo Ramos was right behind him and would have surely scored! If the game starts with an early Goncalo Ramos goal just like against Switzerland, the entire game would have been different! But NO, Joao Felix has total freedom on the pitch, I JUST DON'T KNOW WHY???) 3. Why is the clueless Portuguese defence is responsible for most of the 66% possession of Portugal??? Haven't they learned ANYTHING from the Spanish fiasco against Morocco???

  • @Zoltan after Portugal's victory against Switzerland. Everyone has been treating Goncalo Ramos like a king for some reason.. IT WAS JUST ONE GAME. 20 out of 100.

  • @DanMan123 Ramos is like Haaland: I watched him throughout the season and he scored the most goals in Europe. But if you don't give him service, he will not score! If all your attack is aimless high balls into Dias, you won't score!

  • @Zoltan Ramos flopped pretty bad

  • @Nataku He didn't touch the ball, he didn't flop. He is an amazing striker.

  • @Zoltan or maybe Goncalo isn't as incredible as you believe

  • @Zoltan Diogo Costa is great.

  • @Zoltan all Portuguese gk's sucks in fact

  • @Zoltan why aren't you Portugal manager? oh, that's right....

  • Best QF match so far, Morocco was just great to get out of Portuguese high pressing.

  • @koziol.mutant Both games yesterday were amazing.

  • @Gewoonmoi but 1st half here was better, equal and attacking

  • Ounahi is such a terrific player. I'm sure he will make a move to some big club this winter. Amrabat is also killing it in midfield.

  • What a game. Best World Cup I have ever watched.

  • @Gewoonmoi lots of bad teams, many teams just defending, very low standard football overall, worst world cup this century

  • @3shots If defending gives us games like these, I want more defending!

  • Yeah, way to go Morocco

  • @neumi17 neumiiiii <3

  • @neumi17 Portugal started to play after conceding the 1-0 and could have scored the equalizer already. If they keep this pace in the 2nd half they will very probably score

  • better game and better teams than any of the one who played yesterday

  • @MoshEne didn't you watch the 1st 30 minutes

  • @MoshEne What?

  • Why is Portugal playing like they don't know how to play football?

  • @AramisMick trying two obvious things, forcing to play left side and high pressing, need to change or make it better

  • @AramisMick Change of tactics by the coach. It's quit visible they are trying to exploit the left wing with Guerreiro all the time which makes it predictable

  • @AramisMick Intimidated by a good Moroccan side

  • @AramisMick Idk

  • @AramisMick GOLASOOOO

  • Pepe just got megged

  • Mazraoui and Aguerd missing is a hammer blow. Especially Mazraoui will be a huge miss, as Yamiq is quite competent in the center. Portugal is winning this within 90 minutes.

  • Parking the bus against Portugal won't be such a great idea as it was against the Spaniards. Portugal is loaded with dangerous forwards both in the lineup and on the bench, so parking the bus would be inviting disaster! The Spanish team was an Old Boys style team with no threat going forward (with Morata on the bench), so parking the bus against them worked. Portugal has threats of all kinds: headers (Pepe), inside the box (Goncalo Ramos), penalty (B. Fernandes), long distance shots (B. Silva, Guerrero, Felix, Cancelo, R. Horta, R. Leao). Not to mention that the greatest opportunity waster of all, Cristiano Ronaldo, is on the bench finally! When he was on, he wanted to party alone. Without him, every player wants to be part of the party, which translates into goals!

  • @Zoltan i agree the same.Portgual will be very dangerous at set pieces.

  • @Marbella Yes, exactly! Morocco finally has to show his true colours and play a balanced game instead of the one-dimensional crap it showcased against Spain. I expect plenty of goals in this game, much like against Switzerland.

  • @Zoltan Morocco is no Switserland, even without Mazraoui and Aguerd. They won't give away many chances and they have the ability to break through a mediocre Portuguese defense.

  • Rooting for Morocco, hope to finally see an African team in the semis.

  • The Morocco bus will be parked in front of their goal again but Portugal will smash through it :)

  • Marroco will take advantage of the hole in portugals midfield.

  • @Terry and Portugal will exploit the right wing as Morocco plays without a left back

  • @Terry lmao Whoscored think it is 10 a side.

  • Nice to see Ronaldo on the bench.Portugal play much better without him.

  • Over 1.5 goals. @1.50 Final score: 0-2 or 1-2

  • @Finucci Although I expect more goals than that.....

  • @Finucci Reasonable. As the game goes on, it is possible add more bets... BTTS or OVER, as needed....

  • Without cheating or diving Portugal cann't beat Morocco.

  • Portugal will win @ 1.75 Odds. They have a lot more attacking ability than Spain did against Morocco.

  • Gonçalo Matias Ramos will score in this game.

  • Morocco see you again in finals. Cheers from Croatia.

  • @Ewerfekt are you supporting your own country? Croatia MIGHT be the ones playing against Morocco in the final.

  • @DM3T ofc I support my country. Tho from that other side of bracket Morocco has my full support until finals.

  • @Ewerfekt That would be the best final in world cup history, good luck to both nations

  • 1-2 Pepe mistake, Ramos and Ronaldo to score

  • @koziol.mutant Maybe not Ronaldo. Remember, Benchaldo.

  • Portugal should beat Morocco quite easily.

  • Will the 378th best player in the World Cup play, or just watch from the bench? LMAO, C.Ronaldo's only hope to have a stronger argument than Messi for the GOAT of the sport was to win the World Cup AND have a great tournament. It doesn't even matter if Portugal gets lucky and wins the tournament, Ronaldo is ranked as the 19th best player ON HIS TEAM. There is no legitimate argument anymore for him being the GOAT, and if you don't agree, then you just don't know the stats, records, and trophy counts, and haven't watched their careers.

  • @1974cruyff Ronaldo is just older and it makes a huge difference in the last years of the carreer. Stop the nonsense.

  • @1974cruyff agreed. The only goals Ronaldo scores nowadays are pens, that's why we call him Penaldo. Anyway if Portugal win today, they'll need to fight against England or France.. Impossible.

  • 1-2 to Portugal in regular time

  • While i like underdog team. i hope portugal made it thru. already one underdog in semi, thats enough.

  • @gen Croatia is barely an underdog team man, with players like Modric, Kosavic and Perisic. They are stacked with quality and they made it to the finals last time. They are discounted because of the unattractive football they play, but they aren't underdogs.

  • @Gewoonmoi they are discounted because they are overrated and lucky. They're generally good, I admit, but many times they play badly, but they somehow draw and they win on penalties. They did t in this WC, in the Euro 2020 and in WC 2018. In every one of this cases, their opponent was the better team who just couldn't capitalize on it.

  • @gen haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • @gen You mean Argentina?

  • @Ewerfekt Please hang yourself

  • As long as Portugal starts with Goncalo Ramos in the lineup, breaking down the Moroccon defence won't be a problem at all. Switzerland was also big on defence going into the game against Portugal, but look what happened to them: Ramos destroyed them with 3 goals. This game can only be screwed up by Fernando Santos: Goncalo Ramos must start and Cristiano Ronaldo must be benched - the primadonna CR wants every shooting opportunity for himself and starting him together with Ramos would NOT be a good idea at all because he would take away the scoring opportunities from Ramos and would screw up those chances.

  • I expect a though match. Maybe 1-1 and someone to win on extra-time

  • @hellreaper It won't be the Spanish match... I think Portugal will win in regular time.

  • Let's see what Divenaldo has to offer on his little farewell tour.

  • @BeautifulLoser Very funny

  • @DM3T Isn't it?

  • Under 2.5 goals @1.66

  • Stuff to send to Portugal's coach: 1: Throw Ronaldo on the bench. 2: Treat Concalo Ramos like a king while in training. 3: Fead Conacalo Ramos well. 4: Keep Concalo Ramos’ fitness the same as last the last game. 5: Put Concalo Ramos in the starting 11. Finito.

  • @DM3T feed*

  • Portugal will win during 90 min.

  • After Ramos shown yours “Pistol” to the world , some girl busted him… Now he can activate shot free mode with 3 more goals here hehehe Will be a very tactical match but I think Portugal will continue here. 1-2/1-3

  • 0-1

  • 1-1

  • Portugal will choke hard

  • Congratulations to Morocco for making it this far, kicking out two heavyweight opponents Belgium and Spain, if morocco can get any further it's cool if not it's okay, it is more than enough being with the top eight teams in world cup, bravo Morocco for such amazing performance, what a wonderful journey .

  • @bighearted Belgium kicked themselves out. They could have easily beaten croatia. Instead they missed several big chances and let the croatians slither through to the semis.

  • Morocco centre back Nayef Aguerd will be a huge loss if he fails to pass a late fitness test.

  • @Marbella I dont think El yamiq is too bad of a replacement at all

  • Morocco 0 Portugal 1

  • @JSOneHundred the opposite

  • Any injury updates?

  • Morocco is the best team defensively in the WC and Portugal is a monster in attack. Another hard game.

  • @Alparslan Marrocco didn't concede a single goal in the competition so far but Portugal will put them to the test and that's why I think it's a very interesting match and I'm curious to see what the outcome is.

  • If Morocco can contain Spain with relative ease, they can beat Portugal as well.

  • @Gewoonmoi Portugal would have learned from Spains failure to beat Morocco and be more direct than pa

  • @Marbella than Spains passing sideways and backwards.

  • @Marbella The problem is that Morocco is very good in the center with Aquerd, Sais and Amrabat. They will not give away chances like the Swiss did. Anyway, I'm a Moroccan and I will be more than glad when Portugal wins. Everytime Morocco wins Moroccan fans start rioting in Paris and Brussels. I'm sick of it. Go Portugal!

  • @Gewoonmoi What chance did the Swiss give away? As we all know, the first goal is key: at the first goal Goncalo Ramos scored a goal from a situation where there wasn't a goal at all! After that, the Swiss had to open up and more goals followed because of that. Against Morocco, exactly the same situation will play out!

  • @Gewoonmoi Spain has stronger team than Portugal on paper but Portugal has shown they have very strong and dynamic attack, demolishing solid Switzerland 6:1 in the process and they are even stronger without Ronaldo in team, I think 0:2 for Portugal.

  • Goncalo Ramos to score anytime.

  • Morocco will play a 10 man defence in their own half like they did against Spain.I expect a very boring game.

  • @Marbella Not if Goncalo Ramos starts! LOL

  • @Marbella yeah Spain was so boring that they couldn't beat Morocco's interesting and fascinating defensive tactics, Portugal is not a team that can make 1000 passes in a game like Spain, also Portugal are not better that Croatia nor Belgium, so i don't thing that morocco is gonna be in their own half, the only thing that can hold Morocco back are injuries and lack of fitness for playing so many tough games, so much respect to them whatever happens .

  • @bighearted Yes Portugal are better than Croatia and Belgium. Betting my house Portugal will win tomorrow

  • @Marbella bet all your money on portugal

  • @pibedebarrio you must be broke now

  • @bighearted haha i told him to do it so he would be, read my other comments i knew morocco would shut those npc’s up

  • Lmao portugal gonan roll over moroco are you serious. 3-0 ez

  • Morocco will qualify , We believe in ' avocado head' ♥ Yalah Siiiir Siiiir Siiiiir ...

  • morocco are not dominant in midfield or attack they rely on counters and individual runs to some extent though they can have some nice combinations, they had more clear cut chances than spain did in the ro16. their strength is definitely the defense, every player there makes good decisions, is decisive and aggressive with precise tackling, and as such theyve conceded no goals so far this wc except an own goal i believe. portugal on the other hand are more all-rounded and showcased their sharpness and quality in all areas in the ro16, they wont be able to rip apart the moroccan team which actually has some structure unlike switzerland, i expect mostly a closed game like the one vs spain, morocco will create a couple chances but not necessarily score, same for portugal but their superior quality + more likely domination may get them there in the end, 0-0/0-1

  • Yalla Morocco !!!!
