Team News
Tottenham
Wigan
- Spurs fans will be disappointed by the news that Mousa Dembele misses out once again after sitting out the the loss to Chelsea and the win at Southampton with a hip injury.
- Emmanuel Adebayor could be available for selection after injury but Jermain Defoe will likely start up front even if the Togolese striker does return.
- Other situations remain the same, with Kaboul, Parker and Assou-Ekotto still out, and Lloris pushing Friedel for the number 1 jersey.
- Roberto Martinez rested the vast majority of his first team for the Capital One Cup defeat to Bradford in midweek, so his team should be fresh for this game.
- He could stick with his preferred XI, having fielded the same team for the last 3 league games.
- Albert Crusat has joined Alcaraz on the sidelines, picking up a knee injury, while Ryo Miyaichi is unlikely to play due to a groin injury he picked up while on international duty with Japan.
Really hope we put wigan away. Can see us struggling to a narrow victoy though. 2-1
