Sevilla
Mallorca
- Sevilla have now suffered back-to-back defeats after following their heartbreaking loss to Barcelona with a far more disappointing display in losing 2-0 to Celta Vigo last time out.
- Piotr Trochowski will be out for the next few months after undergoing surgery on a knee injury, whilst Gary Medel and Alberto Botia are suspended.
- Ivan Rakitic does, however, return from a ban to take his place in midfield.
- Mallorca managed to sign Andreu Fontas on an emergency loan from Barcelona over the international break and he seems set to go straight into the side with Joaquin Caparros' squad beset by injury and suspension.
- Ximo Navarro also returns from his ban to start at right-back, with Fontas set to partner Tomas Pina in midfield.
- Tomer Hemed continued his amazing scoring form by firing five for Israel in two games over the past week and he will again be the main threat for the Islanders going forward.
