Team News
Newcastle
Anzhi
- Hatem Ben Arfa has been ruled out with a thigh injury. Having only recently returned to training it is a major blow for the Frenchman.
- Alan Pardew will rotate any of the more tired member of his squad for this game with the league his obvious priority, but he will also be keen to progress in the Europa League, so we should see Papiss Cisse starting up front.
- It could otherwise be a similar team to the one that played in Russia last week.
- Winger Mbark Boussoufa returns from suspension to complete a near fully fit and available Anzhi squad, with the unregistered Emir Spahic their only absentee.
- Boussoufa will probably go straight back into the starting XI, with Odil Ahmedov dropping out.
- Anzhi could line up in a similar fashion to the first leg, though they will have to be more adventurous as they need a goal here.
HAHAHAHAHA
Considering how much Anzhi's squad cost it would be an embarrassment if they get knocked out by Newcastle.
Anzhi to go through.
