Chelsea
- Nigel Pearson could be without David Nugent and Jeffrey Schlupp for the welcome of Chelsea, with both classed as doubts.
- The Leicester City boss may name an unchanged side from the one that started the 1-0 win at Burnley on Saturday.
- That would see Jamie Vardy partner Leonardo Ulloa in attack, meaning Andrej Kramaric would again miss out on a starting berth.
- Oscar is not in training after suffering a concussion, but will travel with the squad to Leicester, though he may not be fit enough to start.
- Jose Mourinho is without a fully fit striker for the meeting with the Foxes, with Loic Remy, Diego Costa and Didier Drogba all doubts.
- Nevertheless, the Blues boss will likely start Drogba in attack after he replaced Oscar at the interval at the Emirates, while Thibaut Courtois, who is supposedly carrying a hip injury, may miss out on a starting berth.
Great Comeback for Chelsea , But still saying this is not football :D this is a Bus station :D
good job by chelsea.
0-4
i think could be draw. i wait a boring game. no goals
Chelsea haven't won a Premier League game by more than one goal since January and with Boreinho's special brand of second half of the season anti-football we are unlikely to see that change. Prepare to experience yet another snoozefest with Chelsea grinding out the same lacklustre performance to scrape together three points. My prediction: Leicester 0 - 1 Chelsea.
@Maniac lol its called playing safe after taking the lead. totally wrong of you.
@Wolevilc- That's not strictly true because Mourinho has employed the same tactics in (one-off) games against opposition at least as good a footballing team as the one he's in charge of from the very start (games against Barcelona, Arsenal, Man City, Bayern Munich, Man Utd...). This goes back to his Porto days. Having said that, if you employ conservative keep-ball football, making the opposition do the work ONCE you're leading, that's good game management and if that happens tonight when Chelsea are 1-0 then that'll ensure a victory. Nothing wrong with that. I can't stand Pearson, he has every bit the contemptible, smug attitude as Jose but with none of the footballing knowledge. Hope Leicester get relegated.
@SteveHyland Well timed comment re: Pearson.
it just adream for me and all arsenal fans (losing chelsea 10 points in remaining matches) but i think that leicter can do it like hull yesterday
@SalahovicAlnashar- That's definitely a dream given Chelsea's fixtures. We really needed to beat them by a ridiculous score to send a crisis of confidence through the Chelsea camp (which has never happened to a Mourinho team) for us to have any chance of winning the league. We would've won it by default anyway though so finishing 2nd or 3rd at least efforts will be made to strengthen so we can challenge them next season, which I believe we can do if we start strongly.
@SteveHyland We always BUT not always completed fit
This could be a banana skin for Chelsea
hitters hitters every where,,,,,, that's the reason why we are champions. c h e l s e a 4 ever
@khadar only a Chelsea fan would write something like that.. (hitters) lol
@khaddar- Que? Do you mean haters?
Leicester - Chelsea 0:2
99% of the world hopes Leicester wins and boring Chelsea loses. Would be funny though if Mourinho parked the bus again.
@Overmars A 10-year old acting like he has witnessed the great Overmars.
@Ferit22 I did witness Overmars playing for The Arsenal. I also witnessed Chelsea pre-abramovich. When they were less cynical and played entertaining football. They also hadn't won the title in 50 years (Ted Drake, former Arsenal legend was their manager in the 50s then).
@Overmars The real boring thing is you trying to look smart with such comments about the world against Chelsea. Even if they lose this game they will be crowned champions anyway. Does it hurt?
@jzbcfc I'll just quote Zlatan: "Chelsea are a bunch of babies".
2-1
1 - 0 to the mighty blue foxes against ( currently ) toothless chelski , but mourinho and his squad deserve the premier league title.
Leicester 2-1 Chelsea
Cesc is suspended for this game?
@civinho The Suspension is cut off on a certain date of season, see suspensions rule on the FA website. Cesc got his 10th after the matchday/date, so no 2-matched ban for him. So is Matic, even he get another yellow.
1-2
0-0 Leicester will do a Chelsea on Chelsea
1-0
