@whiteout_rip_it, just need to put lallana in midfield instead of can, can in number 6 and origi in the wings, and you've got one of the best teams in the BPL in a strategical point of view. Because klopp like rodgers doesn't play his players in the right positions despite they supposed to be "versatile".
@dSquib they are too bad in their current position. Lallana is better defensively than offensively, and when he evolves as a center midfielder, there is no waste in the transition because he is front of the game and he looks more confortable. Can unlike lallana, he does poor first touches in this area, and in 1vs1 situation, defensively he is hard to beat.
(sorry for my english, i'm french)
@modric1997 "Lallana is better defensively than offensively" - you could say the same about Dirk Kuyt but I wouldn't have played him as a holding midfielder. Lallana's just not a terrific player in general, just decent. I've never seen that Can has the discipline to play deepest.
I think a Lallana and Can midfield would be overrun. Your English is good btw.
@dSquib no, Kuyt couldn't play midfielder because he needs time to control the ball and he's not skilful enough unlike lallana . Can, when he played right back, last season, he was tremendous in general. therefore in defensive midfielder, he will have all the time to settle the game, but obviously he has to improve his discipline. However, he will be better defensive midfielder because he does not manage to break the lines with his passes especially and he is not the best player to combine with
This Liverpool defense is too predictable...shell shocked on crosses. It's almost as if they never learn to cut out the cross because one thing is certain, Mignolet will not come off his line to clear or claim the cross and no matter who sits in front of him, they are out there watching bubbles/butterflies or whatever else fly by instead of the ball. Now Lallana will come on and run around like the chicken with its head chopped off. White flag already being waved with 30 minutes left I guess?
If West Ham set up like they did away from home against Arsenal, Man City and Liverpool themselves away from home earlier in the season then they could win but I get the feeling they wont being at home because their fans demand the team play the "West Ham" way. A way which has seen them win 0 titles and just 3 F.A cups in 121 years incidentally. Me thinks the fans should worry more about a manager creating a winning environment rather than playing attractive football but not winning. Shock horror. Payet back is a plus for them. I honestly didn't think he'd be able to make the transition from Ligue Un to EPL this well, and in my defence most coming from a 2nd tier league don't straight away, but he was excellent before he got injured. He wont be back to his best straight away in all likelihood and I don't see West Ham playing conservatively so am going with a 2-1 Liverpool win.
@SteveHyland It's not so much how West Ham set up, but whether they have their best players available and in form, Payet, Lazini, Valencia, etc., then they can trouble any team.
West Ham played how they should always do and won against a Klopp team. What are the odds?
@SteveHyland Liverpool: "Team showed no significant strengths"
Long and tall carrot bites back.
Klopp is not the problem. Every liverpool player and their mediocrity is.

@modric1997 Are you saying Lallana and Can as the two deepest midfielders?

1 - 1
hammers 1-0 Liverpool
Liverpool have shown a great defense with 2 clean sheets in last 2 games, I think a 0-0 or 0-1 for Liverpool
@elmehdibelhaj lololololololololol
Liverpool have won the last 2 but they've been poor in both, doubt Payet will start though so a 1-1 draw for me.
