- Fabio Coentrao, Mario Pasalic and Almamy Touré are all unavailable until the end of the season due to injury.
- Andrea Raggi sustained an injury in the recent 1-1 draw with Rennes and remains a doubt, which means that Elderson - who is back from a two-game ban - or Jemerson may have to battle it out for a starting spot at left-back.
- Leonardo Jardim may drop Lacina Traoré in favour of Guido Carrillo or Vagner Love up front, with the former coming under heavy criticism following last weekend's missed opportunities.
- Jocelyn Gourvennec will have to make do without suspended trio Moustapha Diallo, Christophe Kerbrat and Thibault Giresse against Monaco, limiting his options ahead of the weekend.
- Lionel Mathis, Dorian Lévêque and Yannis Salibur may make the bench at best this weekend, while Lars Jacobsen is a doubt having been unable to train all week with a toe fracture.
- This should allow the likes of Julien Cardy, Benjamin Angoua and perhaps Sloan Privat - who returned from injury as a substitute last weekend - to start against Monaco.
