@ilovefooty- You're allowed to put your hands on opposition players in your penalty area now then? Burnley played well and deserved a point but Tarkowski is an idiot for even touching Ramsey. Whenever there is contact not instigated by the 'fouled' player then it can be a free kick or penalty. The rule is the problem.
