We were lucky to only be 2 down at HT. I'm sure Cech is performing some sort of footballing satire atm, Kolasinac should have been off, Koscielny was diabolical, Chambers quite clearly out of position (not that he has one) Oezil & Mkhitaryan non-existent until the last knockings, Iwobi his usual self and Aubameyang therefore left lonely up front. Both he and Lacazette are poachers, yet neither have been used correctly this season despite making excellent runs. Next season will be interesting.
1. Murray header goal. Koscielny loses it (error), Wilshere doesn't show for ball (error), no marking from Mustafi (error), Cech should have saved (error). All these are errors leading to goal and all the players should have errors for it. Glenn Murray showing again how underrated he is. Quality player. Also Kolasinac should have been off for that challenge on Scheletto. It's a no arms shoulder charge to the head which is a straight red in international rugby..this is football and he doesn't even get a second yellow for it. Once again it's been proven that when you put centre backs of "top" sides under any sort of pressure they are at sixes and sevens as they simply can't defend. They are only good in possession...also Wilshere constantly dribbles himself pointlessly into trouble..
Arsene Wenger you are the most humilating person in History, where is your pride and dignity? You must retire after this match and respect your age and career
Also Arsenal's central defenders are playing in a poor way, specially Koscielny. However and sounds weird, they deserve the tie right now, have improved in this second half.-
Only Özil and Ramsey (Arsenal) and Dunk (Brighton) expected to be from the last Amex game 2-3.
Albion team likely to be much the same that lost 2-0 at the Emirates. That needed a complex goal for the second.
José Izquierdo vs Héctor Bellerín. I would like to see the Spanish right back Bruno play for Brighton but the more attack-minded Ezequiel Schelotto is likely to get the nod. Predicting the Brighton team is as difficult (at least in front of the back four) as Arsenals. Both managers tend to be conservative in their changes so I do not see any surprises! Brighton team might be as listed above.
Arsenal's strengths 50% match Brighton weaknesses which are aerial defence from set pieces. Arsenal are good at set pieces but not so strong aerially? Form doesn't count for much with the difference in technical abilities and speed off the mark. Both managers tend to be stubborn and inflexible based on experience. In view of recent results I can't see Arsenal being complacent which would be Brighton's big chance. I see the game going like Liverpool v Newcastle inasmuch Liverpool hardly ever lost the ball. And I expect Arsenal to play heavily possession based football which is a defensive tactic.

Nothing new here just Arsenal being arsenal
Any bookies running a bet that Arsenal will win the Europa league and Arsene will be manager for another two seasons?
@vfx_superstar hahahahahahahahahahahahsa LMAO
Apparently Chris Houghton (ex Spurs player) has now beaten Wenger with three different clubs.
Izquierdo is an incredibly annoying player. Too selfish and shooting with Murray or others in a better position.
Well played Brighton. xG was Brighton 1.48 - 0.80 Arsenal.

Arsene Wenger decided to give himself the right to distroy all the good what he has built...

The points gap between LIverpool and Man City is greater than the gap between Brighton and Arsenal.

DRAW 1-1
Brighton 0-2 Arsenal
From Opta: "Arsenal are unbeaten in 34 Premier League games against newly promoted sides (W29 D5) since a 1-2 loss vs QPR in March 2012"
Arsenal to scrape a draw - so AV can leave with just a little dignity.
Brighton 0 - 1 Arsenal
The gap between Man City and Arsenal seems greater to me than the gap between Arsenal and Brighton. (Written before Thursday.)
