- A knee injury kept Jack Wilshere out of both England matches during the break and he remains a doubt for Arsenal here. Alex Iwobi or Mohamed Elneny could benefit from his potential absence.
- Sead Kolasinac picked up an injury playing for Bosnia in the international break and may not feature here as a result.
- Mesut Özil did not feature for Germany in their 1-0 defeat to Brazil in midweek but is expected to be okay to play here.
- Laurent Koscielny is available for Arsenal after overcoming injury to play for France on Tuesday, while Aaron Ramsey and Ainsley Maitland-Niles are both back in training.
- Charlie Adam starts his three-match ban this weekend after his red card before the international break.
- Glen Johnson made a surprise start in Stoke's 2-1 defeat to Everton last time out and could retain his place in the team here.
- Lee Grant is a doubt for the away side and has been joined on the sidelines for the next few weeks by Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting. Kevin Wimmer lacks match fitness, while Stephen Ireland is still sidelined.
- Paul Lambert will hope to have Geoff Cameron back available for the trip to Arsenal, while Mame Biram Diouf should be fine to play after returning from injury during the international break.
- The Stoke manager has told Ibrahim Afellay to stay away from the first-team for the rest of the season after training ground bust up.
Ozil creates chance after chance and in the end he finish the match without single assist. What a injustice!
@oooozillll He won the first pen. Technically an assist. Although it shouldn't have actually been given. Indi won the ball fairly.
@oooozillll What a strange nick name ...

Arsenal should win this by atleast 2 goals. Wouldn't surprise me if Crouch scores for Stoke. He hasn't scored in a while so it's about time ;)
Arsenal is taking the day on there home soil but need to be defendsive, the mid field have to taking good care of. Aubermiyan should be strong enough to handle the attack because he looks light weighted physically in nature...
@MaxwellBB Aubermiyan = Aubameyang
