Team News

Juventus
Fiorentina
  • Massimiliano Allegri will apply some rotation in defence and midfield, but will probably stick with his key players in attack.
  • Paulo Dybala has already scored his second hat-trick of the season and is only three goals away from equalling his league tally from last season. You can't rest a player in this sort of form.
  • Riccardo Saponara is still struggling with knee problems and that should keep him out at least for one more round. The new arrivals seem to be clicking up front so his absence may not be a big problem for the Viola.

Prediction

  • Paulo Dybala was underwhelming against Barcelona but he has been superb in every other match he has played this season. At the peak of his powers, it will be tough for any team to keep him quiet.
  • Sweeping changes in the summer could possibly be the reason behind Fiorentina's poor start to the season but they will hope back-to-back wins will put them back on track. However, that still might not be enough to trouble Juventus.
