Lacklustre performance. The CM partnership of Elneny & Coquelin offers minimal offensively although Coquelin made a couple of forward runs, hit the post etc. I think we should've started Sheaf alongside Coquelin to offer better balance or better yet, start Sheaf and Willock since Joe did nothing wrong in his previous games to warrant his dropping to the bench. The same can be said for Nelson. He has looked lively in every game and I don't think he was carrying a knock which would've limited his playing time so why did we start Chambers at RWB? Wenger seems to show loyalty to established players who don't deserve it based on previous performances yet not show it to younger players who do. This is the polar opposite of what he did when he first joined the club and it creates a staleness and provides no incentive to perform. As it happens, Belgrade failed to win so we have topped the group. A fair it of complacency crept into our game but hopefully we see none of that in the next stage.
How can you possibly lose to a team with 2 points and 4-23 goals in 12 games? How Arsenal wingers manage to make only inaccurate crosses, like you literally have one job to do: dribble and win yourself some space, shoot in Giroud's head and here you have it, easy goal. Half of the crosses were so low that Peter Dinklage would have to play with his foot and not head. And oh my god what the actual hell Debuchy is doing? Loses race to a ball while having like 10 meters head start, couldn't find the ball, but finds opponent's leg, like WHAT THE HELL? Cologne would never score a goal from an open play, you had one job and it's to not give Cologne any PK or dangerous FK. I would be ok with draw since it doesn't really matter, but LOSS is a matter of pride and those Arsenal players don't have any of it and of course shout-out to Wenger bringing so much young players and no plan B whatsoever.
@fervour21- The penalty was soft to say the least. We didn't really do enough to win but we didn't deserve to lose. Cologne are crap but we failed to win because we performed terribly, as you said. I have to stick up for the youngsters though. Niles has done well playing as a LWB when he is a CM and Nelson & Willock have played well in previous games but were dropped while Elneny, Coquelin & Chambers start. Surely Wenger is taking the mick. I would've welcomed Chambers starting RCB & Nelson RWB for the potential long-term good but Debuchy at RCB and Chambers RWB when our find of the season is warming his arse? Senseless.

giroud to score
@Paxa87 silly bet. before this game he only had 3 goals from 14 apps. One goal was a pen too.
@Overmars Don't think it's necessarily a bet. I don't bet, I just post for fun.
team b of arsenal stil wanna win this
@Paxa87 But they are too weak to score a goal against the worst german team...
Hope to see Eddie play
