  • that's what you get for playing this washed up hole instead of Ter Stegen lmaoooo

  • I really loved se Jung shot in the 90+5 minute(THE ASSIST) and the way he took the ball from "Neuer' It was great thought and great reaction

  • Well what do you know... Ozil finishes in 4th place after all!

  • @MEHJones #OWNED

  • @MEHJones- I actually smiled at that comment.

  • @SteveHyland Fair play to you :)

  • @MEHJones Better love story than twilight. He's true gooner!

  • So special to witness the end of an era. Germany went from being one of the most exciting teams in 2010, with Podolski and Klose leading the charge up front, to a 2018 squad struggling to create dangerous attacks. I thought Reus and Werner could be the solution, but the chemistry problems run deeper. In my mind, this was probably worse than Spain in 2014, who also controlled the ball but couldn't convert. It's hard not to criticize the squad in hindsight: arguably their best LB and LW, Max and Sane, were left home, when those are positions of weakness. They need an attacking midfielder with grit, someone who's going for it, like Spain got with Isco. Brandt may be the solution in the future.

  • This is the end of the German golden generation. Özil, Khedira, Reus, Müller, Draxler playing with little effect. Only midfielder who had impact on the game was Kroos - unluckily for him he made the biggest impact actually.. Gomez has never been a quality striker, he is not able to create something out of nothing.

  • @mysterious Kroos is the one who gave away the ball for the Korean goal. He made 2 errors in 2 games resutling in a goals. The tactics never suited him .. he never made any key passes either

  • @mysterious Brandt was the only one, who played well in all 3 games, even though he never had more than 15 min. But it looked like football.

  • @mysterious True. Kross had impact in all three matches, giving the ball away and then his team conceded immediately

  • Germany won all statistics yet still lost!

  • @proud93 They didn't play football though. Not a single wall pass or quick combination. Playing 200 passes back and forth in slow motion and without any gain of space, can 't possibly be superior football, even when the stats are better...

  • @proud93 Except goals scored :( At the end of the day that's what matters.

  • @MathCatsFootball pep guardiolas tactics

  • What's up with all these ball possession teams keeping extreme amounts of possession yet still lose. It's becoming tiring.

  • If there was a tough Coach instead of the clown low (well named), he would f*ck up Neuer so hard, I mean it's 1-0 already and it's 94' min, and the team need 2 goals and couldn't score or even build a single correct attack during 90 minutes, what exactly his intention to do by joining the attack? not only that, he repeated his stupid acts when it became 2-0 on the 97' min !

  • @Yman he should did what he did.. it's basically basic in football culture

  • @Yman I think Neuer was lucky to be in the side at all in this tournament. But at the end I understand his action to be honest, although he would have been better off standing at centre forward. His positioning was pointless. Either way, it didn't effect the result. South Korea would have likely won anyway, probably still 2-0 as Germany would have committed all their players by the end. Ju Se-Jong did really well to dispossess him and drill the ball towards goal also.

  • Goretzka as a wing? wow Low you're genius, so tell us again why did you take Brandt with you if you prefer to put a Box-to-Box player on the flank ?

  • @Yman That was only how the team sheet looked. Playing goretzka was supposed to give Kroos more freedom and kimmich full control of the wing... the team was unevenly balanced though with hector playing a very different role.

  • @cosh14 Goretzka was a pure wing, it's like Kross against Italy in Euro 2012, see the heat map of Goretzka.

  • @Yman Playing Goretzka, when you have Brandt.... price less.

  • German players' crosses are like shots, first time I see Germany without crossing skills!

  • Gomez can't leave a game without shameful touches.

  • It's not possible that Muller is a professional football player.

  • @Yman He is not, he is only a professional space seeker. He is good as long he doesn't have to touch the ball.

  • Ozil runs like a sissy

  • Another goal conceded by a Kroos error.

  • @MrNemobody Whoscored actually turned up with errors in this game, I wonder if they added Kroos error to the last game too

  • Germany 28 shots, 6 on target...

  • pure madness!! nobody ever could have imagined this, and what happened to this group.

  • @TetouanMorocco We don't have dribblers like you guys. But in the end the result is the same. Only you played better...

  • @neumi17 Hard luck my friend it's like a curse anyway to whoever is champion, let's meet in the next WC :)

  • No player from HSV on the german team

  • @Hollins625 Why should there be one ?? HSV has been awful for 25 years ....

  • 57th team in the world just knocked out the #1 team in the world according to Fifa Rankings. Germany finds themselves in the company of such strong teams like Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Iran, Morocco, Peru, Australia, Nigeria, Iceland. What do closet Nazis do right away? They blame the players who are not fully German. The history is important, kids. Watch out.

  • Germany should have 0 points, lost 1-0 against Mexico, Lost won 1-0 against Sweden but we all know Sweden won 3-0 and now lost 2-0 against South Korea.

  • @hellreaper Nobody knows why Sweden should have won 3-0 except you. If you count like this, Portugal should not have made it to.the next level either with their awful football.

  • @neumi17 Because of the penalty + red card, simple. 0-2 and down to 10 = 0 points.

  • Hyun-Woo MOTM..Boss mode keeper..

  • @Champion How much ugly he is, actually so good GK he is hahaha

  • @stefanm He's a hero in the eyes of many. You're showing your low-class education by attacking someones physical appearance. Got news for you, you're also ugly and should have been aborted. Think about it.

  • @stefanm He is cute, not ugly. I bet you look like an ass if Hyun-Woo is ugly.

  • @HillaryClinton an ass without orifice...

  • 1998 - France win the WC, 2002- France out in group stage 2006 - Italy win the WC, 2010 - Italy out in group stage 2010- Spain win the WC, 2014- Spain out in group stage 2014- Germany win the WC, 2018- :)

  • For the 1st goal Kroos actually plays the pass backwards straight to Younggwon. FFS what a shower of Scheiße.

  • This just reflects the Bundesliga. German football is on an all time low...

  • @neumi17 I think it reflects the quality of football in the tournament and strength in depth in International football. Germany are lucky they didn't lose all three games.

  • Before I say anything else I must state something. This South Korean keeper is a quality player. Very fast on his feet, high agility, great handling , great reactions. This keeper deserves a top level club. Furthermore, Son deserved a goal. He got no service in the game despite some good runs where he could have got behind one on one. South Korea defended great as a unit and their keeper had a brilliant game. As for Germany, Hummels shows there's no point being 6ft 4 if you can't put the ball in the back of the net. Height is only useful if you use it to your advantage. I thought the whole second half the referee gave South Korea nothing, in particular on aerial duels. South Korea got fouled on multiple occasions on them and the ref either gave them nothing or put it the other way. Son was also booked for diving when clearly fouled. The better side won this game for me overall. I think Kimmich is stagnating Germany's play badly, he gets so much ball and no end product.

  • @Champion btw South Korea keeper has been great in all the games showing great quality. I must also mention Germany are bottom of the group where they belong. Sweden got robbed in their game against Germany. Boateng should have been off (with a penalty given) first half very early on. And once more Germany got all the 50-50 decisions in that game and got lucky in a large amount of added minutes played. I think Germany bottom of the group is exactly where they should be. South Korea and Mexico where both wasteful against them, and Sweden were wasteful too first half. A ruthless counter attacking team would have destroyed Germany and they should count themselves lucky there wasn't one in their group.

  • @Champion I should also add Werner's obsession with dropping deep and wide is a strange one. Especially if Gomez and Muller aren't starting. South Korea were great though and don't like it when people take credit away from the winning side. South Korea could even have had more goals, they are capable of playing even better on the counter attack than today. Great game from them regardless.

  • @Champion I admire your ability to discuss with yourself :D ;)

  • This team has to be the weakest Germany team in their history. They will be happy that didn't finish second later because from what it looks like, Brazil would hammer this team !

  • Germany last place in the table? It can be worse than Poland? :DDD

  • @afx Poland desperately needs a new manager. It seems that Germany needs one too.

  • @wilde the team that definitely needs a new coach the most (!) is Argentina! they have probably the best individualitsin the whole world (for example can you imagine team with 3 best forwards from top 5 in the world in one team?! similarly it looks in almost every position) and plays probably the ugliest football?! This is completely inexplicable for me. Sampaoli is a crap. They need coach from Europe!

  • @afx 57th team in the world just knocked out the #1 team in the world according to Fifa Rankings.

  • Germany is so boring team :D

  • @afx The competition is strong, Poland, Germany and Argentina are the worst teams with zero creativity. Who is worst is hard to tell , Argentina is still in the tournament and Germany won at least one game...

  • @neumi17 You Germans were devoured by overconfidence (as always). Also Poland has a mental problem only. We are a nation of hysterics that never withstands pressure, we always lack "cold blood". But Argentina is diffrent story - they have probably the best individualits in the whole world and plays probably the ugliest football. This is completely inexplicable for me. Sampaoli is a crap. They need coach from Europe!

  • I lost money though but big ups to South Korea for the bravery and for saving Mexico in the competition. Mexico can put a strong game to Brazil than the Germans. One of the lions is out.

  • "Harry Kane has more goals (5) in the tournament so far than whole German team" :D ;)

  • FIFA Ranking Won 1st Place Korea Fighting

  • Joachim Löw needed to recharge, was suppose to put his hand in his pants and smell it!!

  • @Pspv10 this time he cannot put his hands inside his pants.. after this game, it smells awful inside

  • Wow. Loew has to be sacked now. They need yet another rebuild of philosophy. It took 14 years to realise the first one so congratulations to Germany for winning Euro 2032.

  • This match goes down in history. Respect and props to South Korea. I can't believe Bosnia beat you prior to this World Cup with their B team and here you are knocking mighty Germany out. As someone from a little country, THANK YOU FOR RESPECTING THE GAME and knocking out a major power! Germany -- fire your coach and half of your squad. Muller sucks.

  • Congrats to Korea they were better today! Germany was awful once again, they deserved to go back home to Germany! Where was superstar Timo Werner? Where was he on this tournament? This guy was pathetic and when I read he is worth 100 milion .. Makes me laugh

  • @stefanm What are you on ? Superstar? Wtf...He is a young player, who is fast and can score some goals. That's it, nobody ever said anything else about him. Besides, he was the best player vs Sweden.

  • Low deserves this for pissing around with poor selections in midfield.

  • Well this sucketh!

  • Boy was I wrong lol. The most pathetic defense of a World Cup in history!

  • @excalibur there was spain and italy too

  • LOL

  • Good riddance. Germany have been crap in every game.

  • Perfect exemple of religion coming before country.. Mesut Ozil ..

  • Germans played for knockouts South Korean played for Pride simple.

  • If South Korea wasn't so bad at finishing it could have been more. I'm no manager or anything but why would Low leave Sané out of the squad? After watching these matches it's clear that Germany totally lacks pace. And not only that, their crosses have been straight awful. Leroy Sané adds a lot of pace and is better at giving that final pass than most of this team. I mean, you can't just overlook 10 goals and 15 assists.

  • @felipe9525 Sane played poorly in friendlies. That was the reason why Low did not take him. But still IMO bad decision as other players did not play much better in friendlies. And it's hard to win without a proper targetman. Gomez is past his best and Low did not take any backup. I would take Wagner or Petersen before Gomez anytime. But still not many good natural strikers to choose from.

  • @felipe9525 sane is good in dribbles he would have added strength into attack but what they lack was a cdm. they got counter attacked every time.

  • @Fayez_k7 Don't need one if you play with 3 centre backs. This was an alternative too.

  • @Fayez_k7 Yes, it's true that Germany was vunerable at counter attacks but they also had very few real chances relative to their possession. They could still concede one goal or two due to counters but outscore their opposition nevertheless if they weren't so poor in the final third.

  • This is Korea

  • Holy crap!! Respect to underdog teams!! I am loving this!

  • Respect for the gunners supporters that have to stand Özil for a all season

  • @Tico- Oezil was one of 14 German players who were terrible today. The German football problem is more than just an individual player. How good were they against Sweden without Mesut in the team?

  • @SteveHyland @Tico Ozil is Germany's highest rated player. Tico is spouting lazy cliches.

  • @Tico and still,he has the biggest rating of all the german team...just saying

  • @Tico still he has the biggest rating of all the german team....

  • Worst german team since ...1958 ?

  • @neumi17 It lacks quality players. I like Neuer, Toni Kroos and Julian Brandt but the rest of the players are way below those, at least in the current form.

  • @neumi17- Not that bad, this team would still beat the Euro 2000 one. The problem is beyond individual quality which is the most worrying aspect. Loew will be sacked now surely, who would you want in charge if that happens?

  • @SteveHyland He just extended his contract until 2022. Don't think he will resign... The only player with a decent form was Brandt. Good decision of Löw to leave Sané back home ;-)

  • @neumi17- Resign probably not but the DFB should sack (fire) him. Even if it means paying him off, they need a clean break. None of the old guard. Keeping faith in him when it's clear he is the biggest issue is something England in past years would have done.

  • Germany got no link in between defense and attack plus i dont see any workrate from germans.

  • Only a matter of time before Germany scores.

  • @excalibur xD

  • Poor Germany

  • Brandt comes in the second half to hit the post after the 90th minute again. :)

  • Ha, ha, Germany ist so unbelievably bad in almost every aspect, it's almost funny. Speed, ball control, 1-1, combination play, everything is on over 40 level. This is not football...

  • I smell draw here.. South Korea 0-0 Germany

  • Neuer has to have better hands than that.

  • @theblackguy His palms are sweaty and hands spaghetti.

  • GERMANY 1Neuer 18Kimmich 15Süle 5Hummels 3Hector 6Khedira 8Kroos 14Goretzka 10Özil 11Reus 9Werner SUBS 2Plattenhardt 4Ginter 7Draxler 12Trapp 13Müller 16Rüdiger 19Rudy 20Brandt 21Gündogan 22ter Stegen 23Gomez

  • Werner was very good playing LW against Sweden later on in the second half so I would retain him there. Reus is better out wide too and Mueller has been appalling all tournament so Marco RW with Oezil in the #10 and Gomez in the #9 would be the best option for me. Defensively, I would drop Ruediger and bring in Suele to partner Hummels. Hector will start although Plattenhardt did not very little wrong against Mexico. Rudy had surgery on his nose and has been ruled out by doctors so Guendogan will play. The win against Sweden will give Germany a boost but I'll predict a relatively circumspect 2-0 to Die Mannschaft.

  • 2-0 to Merkels boyzzzzz

  • Germans by 2 goal margin agree. 2-0, or 3-1 they need that kind of win to be sure of going troough. Hope Brand will get more minutes here.

  • 0-2 Germany.

  • South Korea will eliminate Germany 2-1 in this "unthinkable" match.

  • @cvu999 .....Wow... I was tơ "generous, weren't I? This match will be remembered in Europe and all over the world in many decades to come.....

  • @cvu999 You don't understand, it can't happen...Just look at what happened in the previous match...

  • @hellreaper you were saying?

  • @wilde I was talking about Germany being helped by the referees

  • No one can stop Germany from moving to Round of 16, not even Putin.

  • @Book You were saying?

  • @Book After what we saw in Germany x Sweden, I agree

  • @Book Putin is Germans friend, so?

  • SK 0-3 Germany

  • i'm korean. i live in korea. shut up and bet germany

  • @uefalona Nice meme indeed.

  • @uefalona Nice meme.

  • possible shock upset of the world cup

  • @RemyLebeu Yup.
