Team News

Fulham
Arsenal
  • Timothy Fosu-Mensah and Joe Bryan have been ruled out of Sunday's clash against Arsenal, joining Neeskens Kebano on the sidelines.
  • Calum Chambers is also unable to feature against Arsenal due to the terms in his loan agreement.
  • Ryan Sessegnon may have to fill in at left-back to cover for the absence of Bryan, although Maxime Le Marchand is another option.
  • Cyrus Christie will play at right-back with Manchester United loanee Fosu-Mensah unavailable.
  • Tom Cairney came off the bench in the defeat to Everton last weekend and will push for a start here.
  • Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang missed Thursday's victory over Qarabag through illness and remains a doubt here.
  • Henrikh Mkhitaryan did not travel to Azerbaijan due to safety fears but he will be fresh this weekend.
  • Aaron Ramsey's wife is due to give birth and could miss out for a second straight game.
  • Bernd Leno will keep his place in goal with Petr Cech still sidelined for the away side.
  • Unai Emery rested a number of first-team players in midweek and will name a more familiar side at Craven Cottage.

Prediction

  • Fulham were thumped 3-0 by Everton last weekend but return to home soil this weekend where they are unbeaten in three.
  • Arsenal have won eight games in a row in all competitions and are finally starting to click under Unai Emery.
  • There have been four red cards in the last four meetings between the two sides at Craven Cottage.
  • Arsenal have only kept two clean sheets in their last 15 Premier League away games.

  • Fulham's goal came because of Arsenal's in ability to play out from the back. not the first time this season a team has scored against Arsenal because of that. EMERY Wake up !! Bellerin , Mustafi , Sokratis and Nacho do not have great passing ability. Soon every team will press us hard the minute the keeper has the ball at his feet.

  • Schürrle ist soo bad

  • Many told that the season was over after the first 2 games for Arsenal. Now what a winning streak and they are back in business.

  • Slavisa's subs were weird. Seems Fulham is headed right back to the Championship.

  • 442 and i see the old arsenal play style

  • What a performance!!! I think this was the best performance so far this season.

  • Crushing Fulham,17-th place, how will they play with Leicester.

  • what an action (1:3) !!!

  • @gerkan you know sites best to watch?

  • @gerkan 4-1.you watch online game?

  • Where's the Wenger-In brigade? Arsenal would have drawn or lost this away game with that dinosaur in charge. Completely ruined his own legacy.

  • @Red_Card he already go,why insult him?

  • @Whou because most his name is in the team name? Arsene ---> ARSENal. they will never be able to get away from him, his name will haunt them everywhere they go.

  • @uefalona , according to your logic, Barcelona will haunt you wherever you go, that's what your name suggests, lol

  • @uefalona its emery for emirates now..

  • Arsenal win 3:0

  • 0-3 / 2-2

  • Fulham to win

  • @Cannavaro69: Fulham's defense is too poor this season to win this game. They were better last season defensively with Targett, Ream, Kalas/Odoi & Fredericks.

  • 1-2 seems reasonable here indeed

  • 3-1 for arsenal

  • Leno was class in Baku midweek. Should give the team confidence knowing they have a quality GERMAN between the sticks

  • Hopefully Holding starts. He is quicker, more composed and better on the ball than Mustafi. He would also allow Sokratis to play his natural RCB position. Mustafi makes everybody nervous, the same way Petr Cech does. Now that Leno is in for at least a month (And I'm sure for some time thereafter), we should play the two CBs most suited to playing out from the back and a high defensive line. As for the rest of the team, Ramsey should play no real part now it is apparent that he will leave the club, most likely in January. That would give Oezil a chance to show he can be play #10 in this system. Iwobi deserves a run of starts. I was possibly his biggest critic on here last season but he has gone up a notch in terms of end product. If Aubameyang is fit then starting Iwobi on the right shouldn't be an issue. If Auba is still unwell then Mkhitaryan RW, Iwobi LW. Torreira & Xhaka playing as the 2 CMs, Bellerin & Monreal the FBs and Lacazette in the #9. Fulham to score but Arsenal to win 3-1.

  • Arsenal have tightened up their defence but I still think both teams will score

  • arsenal have no chance here,Hatrick for Mitrovic

  • @Valak nice joke

  • @Adel_dex Not even nice

  • I really hope that Aubameyang is fit for the game and Mkhitaryan starts
