  • if I was in charge I will renew rambo contract and sell Ozil (+ Koscielny+Monreal+Lichtstainer+Elneny)...at least ramsy doing well in da big games and when the injuries are away from him, beside he didn't get paid as much as Ozil, plus he never complained when he been changed.......lichtstainer is the only one that didn't approve himself from our summer signings ................................with that POOOOOR defense the good old days will never came back.

  • arsenal playing with true Centre back..LOL...

  • this time luck didn't work.

  • @bilchalan Did you see Arsenal‘s second goal? They were lucky, just not lucky enough.

  • 22 Unbeaten is over...Sorry GUNNERS!!!

  • @dragon2009 Why 22 ?

  • Whoever predicted Arsenal CS needs sacked

  • They should leave Özil Out ! No winning with Özil in the team ...

  • Southampton ending 14-matches Arsenal's streak without losing. SOUTHAMPTON.

  • @xavistu Southampton aren’t bad. They only had 2 losses at home this season in the league out of seven. Ings coming back with this form and a good team performance was always going to cause trouble. Saints were unlucky not to beat Man Utd.

  • @xavistu yeah , they always been tough against us those last years ( remember when they beat us 4-0 I think in 2016)

  • (Koscielny, Monreal, Lichtstainer, Elneny, Ozil) all of those players must gone at the end of january........when you see the combination ( Koscielny+Monreal) that's a sign of losing da game ( don't be fouled by monreal assist).

  • Xhaka is just not working as a center back especially with Koscielny. Guendouzi was not good today. Very poor attacking from Arsenal today.

  • @HPereira it's not his position, injuries make emry put xhaka there

  • @ClassicGon Didn't knew that, thank you. I was actually wondering why neither Sokratis or Mustafi were at least in the bench.

  • I hope this is the last time I see koscielny and monreal play at this team..........Leno was bad today

  • so Arsenals manager think this is a cheap much so he benched Czech to try Leno. Complacency.

  • Don't agree with error leading to a goal from Leno; in spite of wrong calculation, I think Austin was on clear position to beat him after all. I'd blame that goal to Gunners central backs, specially Xhaka.

  • The guy is a curse.

  • Koscielny you dog

  • How‘s that not an error leading to a goal?

  • wtf is wrong with this todays arsenal

  • @stefanm its average arsenal

  • and here we go : ( koscielny and monreal) the worst duo ...those two players remaind me of wenger last years in arsenal ( few good things and lot of bad things.......you really dissapointing me today Koscielny ( it's not that you came from an injury ; you always been like that)..........terriblr defense....also Auba nedd Laca with him in front.

  • @ClassicGon I agree. Koscielny so overrated. He is terrible. Always been except for a couple of games in a 10 year pan or so. Only cause once in a year or so he keeps an opposition player completely out of the match people rate him so much. Well it doest work when you mess up on all the other games of the season. Now he got older he will probably do even worse.

  • Arsenal to win 3-1

  • @dragon2009 sorry buddy may be 2-3

  • @dragon2009 not really.

  • Southampton looking much better so far.

  • arsenal to win

  • not happy with the line up we will struggle in defence don't see josh or nacho being 100% for 90 min

  • A predictable 1-1 draw.

  • Southampton to score

  • BTTS

  • Southampton to win.

  • @babyenot substantiate your prediction

  • @Somie The ball is round and the pitch is flat.

  • the game will end 1-1

  • Arsenal have the longest unbeaten record in Europe's top five leagues (21) and Southampton haven't won for 14, their worst run since 1989 (source = Metro)... So (being glib) Southampton 1-0 Arsenal?

  • @MEHJones That is what is my hope is based on basically too

  • @MEHJones ofc logical, Southampton 4-1

  • @Ewerfekt to quote Tottenham legend Jimmy Greaves: "football is a funny old game".

  • 2-1 Arsenal.

  • Hopefully Bednarek's going to play.

  • @xavistu who cares?

  • your father drunk

  • @xavistu typowy zakompleksiony polaczek, żenada

  • Arsenal to win 2-1, hope Ozil will enter in the XI ( if we gonna let rambo go, then we need ozil )

  • @ClassicGon- It's highly unlikely that Oezill will be at the club in 2019/20 and we know Ramsey is going. It makes almost no sense to keep two players who are still struggling with Emery's style (and I dare say always will) for £460k/week combined. The club can bring in two Emery-approved players for well under half of that total and we have a wealth of young talent in CM anyway so replacing Ramsey may not even be needed.

  • @SteveHyland since 2005, our major problem was always defence and GK , for the GK this season we have the perfect duo so far ( LENO is a master deal like torreira) and the defense is still one of the poorest in PL..........( liverpool are there because of ALISON BACKER and only him, and imagine if MAN U don't have DE GEA :) I bet they been relegated in the previous season )

  • @SteveHyland yeah, I know ozil didn't fit unay style ( and the EPL overall) . I meant we need ozil to end this season and if we gonna bring some players in january I prefer a midfielder and two defenders ( one side they will used to club system 'for the next season' , and also help us when we have too many injured players " like always :) " ......also I wish emry bring NELSON back ' the boy doing good in bundesliga' and like you said WE HAVE A GOOD young players in da academy.

  • bts 100%, 2-2 or 1-1.

  • 0-2 Arsenal

  • DNB arsenal

  • I think Southampton are capable of being competitive until 60 minutes. At which point Arsenal can make subs between 60-75 minutes and becoming too dominant for Southampton. This will most likely result in an Arsenal win, unless Southampton get very lucky (or play extremely well for their capabilities AND get lucky)

  • So you're telling me Arsenal is gonna have a clean sheet? I am a Gunner my whole life and i am sure Soton will score, less than Arsenal, but they will score.

  • Arsenal give up about 1.5 goals/game on the road to similar teams. Without healthy defenders I expect them to ship AT LEAST 2 goals. That being said, I also expect them to score 2-3 so my prediction is 3-2 Arsenal win! Go Gunners!

  • Both Kosh and Nacho are not fit for 90m meaning only one will be risked to start and maybe play the whole game - more than likel Elenny or Jenko will partner Litchenstein in a back 5 with the last position going to Kosh or Nacho

  • How on earth is Lucas Torreira below 7

  • @Milann Rating system is poor, ignore it. Look at advanced stats and on field performance.

  • @Milann didnt start the season and got a few cards lately and stats wise Xhaka has had more touches tackles clearance etc than him to boost his score

  • @daja411 great point. I expect the stats to improve as he continues to feel more comfortable in the EPL and be around 7.2 which is where most of the solid midfielders in the world are at!

  • arsenal to win from a penalty received from diving lol

  • Sokratis and Mustafi are both suspended for this match, which makes me wary. It also means Arsenal almost certain to concede.

  • @Overmars Those two have hardly impressed, Arsenal would also likely concede if they were available. But missing out two starting CBs is a blow which could see them drop points as it takes Koschielny and Monreal time to be back at their best. After this match, I'd expect either of them to start with Mustafi and Sokratis to form a back three.

  • @Castle- I think Sokratis has been impressive when playing next to Holding. After some teething problems, not helped by an inconsistent midfield, "Hokratis" showed signs of developing into a decent partnership imo. Mustafi is still, and always will be, far too erratic for my liking. If we go with a back 3, I would prefer Sokratis RCB, Koscielny MCB, Monreal LCB. More balanced and fewer potential unforced errors. When Mustafi was good in a back 3 under Wenger, it was always when he was the MCB. That setup would require Koscielny to regularly cover Kolasinac (who is often so far up the pitch, he resembles an out-and-out winger) and I'm not sure his Achilles can handle too many full-on sprints anymore.
