The amount of permutations of this group are ridiculous. It's not even that unlikely that the top 3 teams could all end up on 9 points! (Would require PSG to beat Liverpool at home, Liverpool to beat Napoli at home, Napoli to beat Red Star at home and PSG to draw to Red Star away).
If Liverpool lose this match they would likely need to beat Napoli either 1-0 or by a 2 goal margin in the final match.
