- Matthew Dolan recovered from injury in time to start Newport's 1-0 win over Crewe at the weekend.
- Mickey Demetriou and Adebayo Azeez are expected to miss out again here, while Scot Bennett remains a doubt.
- Former Manchester City striker Wilfried Bony is training with Newport but isn't signed on for the League Two outfit.
- Nick Townsend's penalty shoot-out heroics helped Newport set up a glamour tie with West Ham and he will hope to continue in goal on Tuesday.
- West Ham manager Manuel Pellegrini will make wholesale changes from the side that beat Watford 3-1 on Saturday.
- Summer signing Albian Ajeti is expected to make his West Ham debut in attack, while the likes of Aaron Cresswell, Pablo Zabaleta, Pablo Fornals and Carlos Sanchez should also get a run out.
- Roberto Jiménez could also make his West Ham bow if Pellegrini decides to rotate goalkeepers for the cup.
