@wde.tac 7 lucky, undeserved goals, right? :D no, pal, Bayern is just much, much better than Spurs and just admit it, stop embarassing yourself further. your "sorry, no chance for Bayern, Tottenham win or draw, dont know why some body think otherwise, please come back after the game" will become one of my favourite quotes from this site, it's comical on so many levels
@splint3r Lol, from a someone who supports Chelsea: a minor club made rich by Russian gangster money, who's fans have been repeatedly shown to be institutionally racist, and employed "alleged" paedophiles such as Eddie Heath and Barry Bennell.
@MEHJones well Jones who do you suppose Joe Lewis Tottenham real billionaire owner than? A philanthropist, billionaire and playboy? Oh that's Tony Stark. Oh how about greedy, slimy tax dodger? Oh that description of Joe Lewis defines most of Brexit billionaire campaign backers like Jim Ratcliffe, Rupert Murdoch and James Dyson quite well. You poor South Englishmen you've all been schills to UK elites and billionaire. Only Northern UK (Liverppol region, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) had the sense and foresight to see through those elites manipulations in the brexit campaign.
@MEHJones well my first comments came before your comment. Yeah don't misunderstand me I'm no Chelski supporter not even one bit. But it's hypocritical to be virtue-signalling and talk about Chelski mafiasto owner when your own club is being run from Bahamas by Mr. Lewis himself..
Vertonghen and Alderweireld played so bad at times, that it was hurtful to watch. All that routine and nothing to show for it today. Big congrats to Gnabry, well done.
An honest question to Bayern Munich supporters. After seeing today game. Do you guys really need Leroy Sane now? Not saying he's not a good player. But is it worth it? Is it worth it to sign a player who isn't regular for Man City and sign him for huge amount? I it worth it to sign a player who is going BENCH and stunt the development of either Gnarby, Coman and Davies?
I believe Brazzo did really well as a sporting director. And Brazzo was hated for superficial reason and that reason being not signing Callum Hudson Odoi (easily could have cost 35 million plus quids)and Leroy Sane (more than 70 million quids). And I think signing Persic (which I believe should be made permanent) and Coutinho was a master stroke Brazzo. So Bayern supporter is pursuing Leroy Sane really worth it? I believe whole-heartedly no
@Ffaris I agree that with Gnabry and Coman Bayern are actually well set without Sane, but he would improve the effectivity in from of goal from one of the flanks since Coman hasn't developed that well in front of goal (imo).
@sas98_ Sané is still better than both of them. Coman is good in 1vs1 Situations, that's it. Decision-making, assisting, scoring, all mediocre at best. On top he has lost massively in speed. Gnabry is great but not really a 1vs1 player. Sané is the best of two worlds, very good in dribbling, even in tide spaces and also a good scorer and passer in front of the goal. He would definitely improve Bayern's quality on the wings. But this is all hypothetical speaking, since he is not leaving City anyway, nor was he ever close to doing that. Bayern had tried to convince him for almost 4 months to join their club but they couldn't succeed. So there weren't even negotiations with ManCity regarding a transfer. The injury had nothing to do with that. So why would he be an option for Bayern in the future ?
@neumi17 His speed actually hasn't declined, he recently put out a new top speed record in the league. And there were reports from the most reliable sources that Bayern had a deal with Sane, it was just the transfer sum that was the big issue and it fell through after the injury. If Sane doesn't at least consider Bayern, then why hasn't he still signed a contract extension? With all due respect, it seems like you're biased against Bayern in this case.
Regardless, I view the chance as low since he would be very expensive (over 120 million and massive wages), but his injury won't help his playing time so there's still hope.
@sas98_ Well, despite the " measured ' speed of Coman it is quite obvious that he lost speed. You can see it in every game that defenders easily catch up to him and Coman himself has admitted it too. On top of it Kovac has said that Alphonso Davies for instance is far faster than Conan. ... And about Sané, all three people in charge have admitted, that there have talks between Bayern and Sané but NEVER talks between Bayern and ManCity regarding a transfer ! Bayern was still negotiating with Sané after 4 months and ManCity put out a ridiculous high price tag of + 150 mio, which they assumed Bayern would never pay. Rightfully so ... So in the end there was a lot of interest and talking with Sané on Bayerns side but I came never even close to a possible transfer. Sané s injury had nothing to do with that, since there hadn't been negotiations between City and Bayern as mentioned before ...
@neumi17 He lost in what? Speed? He just set a new Bundesliga record against Paderborn with 35,7 km/h. I like his mentality, his modesty, and his ambition. He knows he is not world class, and he doesn't behave like it, and he knows he has to work a lot. He's 23 years old. Pogba is 3 years older and hasn't got it yet. He was bloated ego carrier from day one, with all his Ballon d'Or pretensions. So I am quite happy with Coman. But obviously we need better players. This is not "Sané OR Coman". This is "Sané AND Coman".
@BeautifulLoser I don't believe in this " record". Coman says he has lost speed, Kovac says he lost speed and that Alphonso Davies is much faster and you can see it every week in duels with opponents, that they can catch up to him now, which they couldn't 2 years ago. Didn't you see how Sissiko just caught up to Coman like he was standing still ? I rather trust my own eyes and Comans and Kovac s judgement, than some measured number ...
@neumi17 I won't argue with you because you are definitely NOT capable to admit that you're wrong. As @sas98_ said: Coman just set a new speed record. There is nothing to "believe" here. It's not a religion, it's math. In other words: numbers and facts. The rest is subjective, and your personal belief and your perception are quite worthless. Both Coman and Kovac might have the feeling that he has not yet regained his accelerating power or his power of endurance (they don't go into details), but this would be something different.
@sas98_ well Coman has just returned from a series of horrible injuries. He has lost a bit off his pace but he's still an effective winger. But I don't think Bayern need Sane. He slightly better than Coman as of right now. I would support Sane signing if he has the same marketability factor in selling shirts for Bayern like Couthinho, James Rodriguez, Paul Pogba and Harry Kane would. So there's no reason to buy a slightly upgraded version of Coman. When we know Coman is going to get better and Davies is the future. Plus Davies has a great marketing potential in USA and Canada. Sane brings nothing much to the table except swelling Bayern Bavarian Bosses egoes.
@Ffaris I think we do! He's a great player with massive potential. I really hope we get him but I'm not too optimistic, he'll be so expensive.
But yeah, getting Sane would be amazing.
@Ffaris Of course we need Sané. We also do need Timo Werner, Julian Brandt, Kai Havertz. And we would love to put our hands on Mbappé. We do need the exact same "things" the supporters of City, Real, Barcelona and PSG need.
@BeautifulLoser well I'm glad that you're not like those trigger happy Bayern Munich supporters. But why would you think Bayern don't need Kai Harvertz and Timo Werner? Especially Werner who is the only logical replacement for Lewandowski as of right now?
@neumi17 Werner would be the worst replacement for Lewandowski, since he sucks big time in all areas where Lewa is good at ! Werner is fast and direct, that's it. As soon it is getting tide he loses the ball to the opposition. He is the opposite what Bayern needs and they know it ...
@neumi17 yeah I said logical. Because Werner has been sizzling for Leipzig. And is always one of the top goalscorer in Bundesliga since playing for Leipzig in two whole season. Yeah you're right he's not good as Lewnadoski. He's never going to be as good Lewandowski. Lewandowski is what you call a complete striker (And I cringe ppl call Harry Kane a complete striker). Lewandowski has the strength and power of target men like Giroud, Harry Kane and combine it with silkiness, speed and technique of striker like Aguero or Tevez. Only players like Ben Zema (I know he's not great for a while but he's has similar attributes to Lewy) and Luis Suarez are comparable to Lewy.But if Bayern wants to have an effective striker at a reasonable price than it's logical to buy than Werner. Other ppl would cost a lot. Yeah I'm well aware about Werner struggles with national team. It has all to do with system Jogi Low employs and how Werner isn't able to orient himself to it. It will take time
@MrNemobody erm did you not noticed the sarcastic tone in BeautifulLoser reply? "We do need the exact same "things" the supporters of City, Real, Barcelona and PSG need". I think Beautifuloser said we don't need those signings.
@Ffaris You got it WRONG. We do need as much genius, talent and world class as possible. I want Bayern to win 3 CL as soon as possible to outperform AC Milan. Is that clear enough now?
@Ffaris I think Coman is too injury prone and as such can't be relied upon for the course of a full season. I love Davies but he isn't good enough yet to be our winger. If we can get Sane, I believe he'd be an upgrade or at least equal to any of our current wingers. I think we need him, and we should do anything we can to get him. Perisic is good, but too old and given our recent history with keeping the oldies I don't want us to sign him. And as for Coutinho, I don't think he's worth the price that Barca wants us to pay, and I'd rather have Kai Havertz over him. So in short, we need and want Sane, and I hope we get Kai, and send back Coutinho and Perisic.
@MathCatsFootball lol i never said make Couthinho deal permanent it would frankly be stupid of Bayern to him at such a outrageous price; I think renewing the loan would'nt be bad for business lol. I did saying buying Persic would be good for business. He is stop gap singing who could step up to give rest to both Gnarby and Coman; possibly prevent Coman from being injured by not overplaying him. Yes I want Kai Havertz either for Dortmund or Bayern Munich.
@Ffaris Barca would be stupid to renew the loan with the current terms, Coutinho would be 29 by the time the second loan finishes, and he'd have 1 year left on his contract, no way Barca is gonna accept such a deal. As for Gnabry, he's battled major injuries in the past, and Coman is totally injury prone we need a quality and reliable winger, someone we can count on game in game out. As for stop gap, the last 2 years of Robbery were stop gaps, and where did that get us, nowhere. We have the money, we need the player, then we should go out and get him. And speaking of Kai Havertz, he'll be too expensive for them and I think he fits better with us.
@MathCatsFootball Why do you want Kai Havertz instead ? I think he is a bit overhyped right now. He is good of course but doesn't possess the technical abilities, skills in dribbling in tide spaces and general creativity of Coutinho. Havertz ist good in doing the normal things but does not create anything out of nothing ...
@neumi17 i think Neumi Kai Havertz can dribble. As per whoscored stats kai havetz ranges 0.9-2 dribble per games in his entire career. The dribbles number are usually in the range of 1.2-1.4. Besides he's not winger whose is job is to dribble. Also Kai is a very creative but not as creative as Coutinho or James Rodriguez who are elite level AM. I know you remember this Neumi but Havertz started off as AM for Bayer Leverkusen. He was replacement for Hakan Calhanoglu who himself is a very good AM. Than Kai transitioned to to box to box midfielder. I think Kai is the closest thing to Lothar Matthaus right now. Not saying Kai will ever be good as Matthaus but Kai and Goretzka are closest thing to a Matthaus like player. Plus Kai is tall, strong guy who can run like demon (one the quickest players in Bundesliga). So he's generational talent that offers a lot. And he can play as a winger and he's quite effective as a winger too. Majority of his goals came as a winger.
@Ffaris Yes, I said Havertz is very good but not as good as Coutinho ! He is a " normal " player who does a lot of things right BUT he is not a wizard with the ball like Coutinho, who does crazy dribbles and plays out of nothing. I think Bayern needs that kind of magic player in centre and not just another " normal" player, who just passes and shoots nicely.
@neumi17 I think Kai Havertz is more dynamic, not as skillful as Coutinho but much more clinical, more athletic, much much younger, and can play across the midfield and perform superbly. Honestly, I think Coutinho is fantastic but not worth the price that Barca wants and if we are to spend that kind of cash then we should go for Havertz instead.
@BeautifulLoser I'd say Alder's OKish for the game, much better than Verthongen and Aurier, who were, indeed, a disaster. Lloris is clearly underrated, for none of the seven goals is easy to save, even for Alisson or whoever else.
well I bet Stevehyland happy with this result. He's an arsenal fan. At least a normal ENGLISH Arsenal fan would be happy with this result. Arsenal derby rival got their ass handed on the continent and by a former gooner who was sublime on this game
@Ffaris- Ha, well Arsenal gave been drubbed by Bayern far too often so I can't really say too much. I'm more annoyed that we sold Gnabry for peanuts. This is a theme with young players deemed surplus to requirements by our dysfunctional club. Donyell Malen is also doing well at PSV and I wouldn't be surprised if Xavier Amaechi blossoms at Hamburg.
@SteveHyland well i think it's not a question of bad mgmt but rather the size of the club and the pressures of success that causes a big club like Arsenal to be wary in integrating their talented youths in their line up. I mean look the amount talented players that have escaped real Madrid thrall. Look at Bayern how seemingly average Niklas Dorsch is killing at Bundesliga 2. Adrian Fein who hardly features for Bayern Munich is the best player for a very strong Germany u-21 that features the likes of Eggenstein, Chabot, Oszcan, Dorsch, Dennis Geiger and Nmecha. That says much how well (sarcasm) Adrian Fein is treated right now. Simply put it's a problem of being big club
Karma bich. Tottenham scored their second goal from a dubious penalty. And if Rose was penalty so was Coman penalty. And Beautiful loser was wrong. There was no agreement amongst BT sports commentators that Rose penalty call was legitimate and whether Coman penalty call wasn't legitimate. It was Chris Walton who said it wasn't. The main commentator of BT sports on the other hand argued that referee should've awarded the penalty to Bayern. So it was a nice Karma Mia San Mia
Last time these two teams played a competitive fixture Tottenham dominated the match and won 2-0... but that was 35 years ago. This time around, to get anything from the game Tottenham will have to cut out their individual errors, take their chances, and keep Alcantara off his game. I'm going for an optimistic Tottenham 2-2 Bayern Munich
@This_Pro_Boiii come on, Tottenham could barely beat Southampton and couldn't beat Olympiakos, Leicester and Colcester, winning 1 match of their last 4
Away win. Tottenham did fine on last CL, but both of their attack and defense became weaker this season. They will have to press hard throughout the game to hope for any positive result, but that's almost impossible. I see 0-2 or 1-2 here.
Pochettino out probably?
7o77enham Ho7spur!
bayern is lucky today, spurs was is poor day and play high line wrongly
@wde.tac good story bro!
@wilde It did give me a chuckle, so it's ok.
that score should have been vs City this season. Spurs had their luck that day, but some day the luck is over...
I suggest that Tottenham Hotspur Football Club disband and cease to exist. They are an embarrassment to football.
@splint3r Lol, from a someone who supports Chelsea: a minor club made rich by Russian gangster money, who's fans have been repeatedly shown to be institutionally racist, and employed "alleged" paedophiles such as Eddie Heath and Barry Bennell.
@MEHJones Now say that without crying. ;)
@splint3r easy as I'm not one of the child abuse victims.

@Ffaris well done for seeing through the Brexit fraud. I won't defend Joe Lewis and I'm flattered that you felt you needed two comments to reply.

Lloris rating is a bit of a bummer since none of the goals were really his fault.
@neumi17 Agree.
An honest question to Bayern Munich supporters. After seeing today game. Do you guys really need Leroy Sane now? Not saying he's not a good player. But is it worth it? Football is a game 11 vs 11 where most often Germans win.
@Patrikovic And sometimes they score 7 goals...
This year City or Bayern.
@Patrikovic Every year City is among favorites and everytime they get lost on the road somehow.
@Gambino78 This time they won't.
well it's the first time I've seen that away team supporters have more attendance than the home team. I wonder why?
well I bet Stevehyland happy with this result. He's an arsenal fan. At least a normal ENGLISH Arsenal fan would be happy with this result. Arsenal derby rival got their ass handed on the continent and by a former gooner who was sublime on this game

Very sloppy second half from Spurs. Lucky to both get and avoid a penalty. F**king h*ll!
@MEHJones- The manner of the late goals was worrying. Far too easy to get into shooting range. It looked as though the team gave up.
Kane n his penalties... Crap team
Very sloppy second half from Spurs. Lucky to both get and avoid a penalty. F*cking h*ll!
2:7 hahahahahahaha
mkay
Gnabry 54m £ tranfermarkt today Gnabry ?? m £ transfermarkt tomorrow?
UK is trying to stop the online porn but we see its early..
This Spurs team looks like Arsenal not long before Wenger was sacked.
Pocchetino out:) Mourinho in;)
its official. Gnabry is a gunner legend now.
Stop stop they arealready dead
Good guy Aurier letting Gnabry score like it is some kind of practice game xD
In 4 years as a Gunner Gnabry made it to 10 appearances...
@BeautifulLoser Not only that, add just only ONE goal in last 7 Bayern matches!
@BeautifulLoser- Injurues didn't help but it was mainly ineptitude from a dinosaur manager.
@SteveHyland Arseraptor
Cool! Good to know that. Sliding tackles in the penalty area without even touching the ball are allowed.
Nah, even the english pundits from BT Sport said that was never a penalty.
Lewandowski is just insane, clearly the besten forward in the world right noch. Never seen him better...
@neumi17- Dropping into German in the mitte of a sentence ist not allowed.
@SteveHyland You have to tell that my Telefon
Lewa is a predator up front, pure instinct
@static_user And composure.
Lewa, du geile Sau! <3
Crazy first 30 min
Why are they playing Star Wars music in the stadium pre-game??
@Grumpkin69 it's been played before every match for about 15 years
@MEHJones *Duel of the Fates
@MEHJones I don't mean the Champions league theme. Duel of the Dates from Star Wars. Looked it up, apparently it's now Spurs entry music
@Grumpkin69 I know. Tottenham have played duel of fates at home before a match for about 15 years or so.
@MEHJones Ahh, fair enough, clearly I don't watch enough of the build-up to Spurs games
@Grumpkin69 Marsch music for the germans?
@Fromhell Arbeit macht frei!
@MEHJones How wrong do you feel?
sorry, no chance for Bayern, Tottenham win or draw, dont know why some body think otherwise, please come back after the game
@wde.tac Why would you do this to yourself?
@wde.tac Why post comments like this? Why?
@wde.tac get wrecked
@wde.tac You are hilarious ... See you at 11 pm
@wde.tac Will you come back after the game ?
@neumi17 actually he did and he wrote that Bayern was lucky, which is the funniest thing ever. see the newest comments
@wilde Wow, he's taking stubborn to a whole new level.
@neumi17 I don't think he's coming back...
@Grumpkin69 well that's quite a disappearing act from @wde.tac lol
Btts Yes
bayern should not be such clear favourites, value on 1x
Btts ..
Over 4.5 corners for Bayern
Come one, Bayern could barely beat Paderborn hahaha
@This_Pro_Boiii come on, Tottenham could barely beat Southampton and couldn't beat Olympiakos, Leicester and Colcester, winning 1 match of their last 4
@This_Pro_Boiii spurs barely beat southampton and conceded a comical goal, bayern will wreck them
@1andonlydude spurs win with 10 men to Southampton 2 third of the game, and just concede a stupid goal. Southampton never got good chances
2-2
BTTS
Away win. Tottenham did fine on last CL, but both of their attack and defense became weaker this season. They will have to press hard throughout the game to hope for any positive result, but that's almost impossible. I see 0-2 or 1-2 here.
1x
X2
Tottenham Win
@lopetegui Why ?
@neumi17 they are much stronger side and at home
@wde.tac That is a bold claim to make about a team recently knocked out of a cup by League 2 Colchester.
@wde.tac They are a much stronger side than Bayern Munich ? :-))) Have you checked the odds for Tottenham at the bookmakers ?
BTTS. Bayern DC.
