Brentford

Fulham
- Thomas Frank could name an unchanged starting XI for Brentford's trip to Wembley after hammering Swansea 3-1 in the second leg of their playoff semi final.
- Josh Dasilva would have hoped to start in the midfield following an impressive season, but is unlikely to replace either of Emi Marcondes or Mathias Jensen after they impressed at Griffin Park.
- The Bees nearly have a clean bill of health for the final with striker Nikos Karelis their only confirmed absentee.
- Aleksandar Mitrovic missed both legs of the semi-final with a hamstring injury and Scott Parker will be sweating over his fitness ahead of the final.
- Parker could also be without influential winger Neeskens Kebano, who was withdrawn at half-time of the second leg against Cardiff on Thursday afternoon with a hamstring injury.
- Ivan Cavaleiro didn't appear in either leg of the semi final, but is arguably more likely to replace Kebano than Aboubakar Kamara, who has starred in an impact sub role during the latter stages of the season.
Fulham deserves to be in the EPL compared to Brentford.
Joe Bryan moonlighting as a forward won the game. Congratulations to Fulham and their fans.

I hope it is a fairy tale ending with Brentford winning promotion to the EPL.
Mitrovic declared fit to start
I hope Brentford win with the goal of saïd Benrahma the best player of the championship
@Moni surely he will as there is no other player that does better than him in the championship
Brentford have been the best team all year long. Expect them to say goodbye to the Championship in style...
@tsili_13 If Brentford were the best team they'd have finished first. However, Benrahma will be playing in the Premier League next year.
@tsili_13 They gave up the opportunity of the EPL themselves.
@tsili_13 I hope you are right. Feels like Fulham has the edge though.
