Nothing have changed since Chelsea's previous game vs Spurs, high possession but at the end 0-0, this time the only difference was Dier's siiiiilly silly mistake, also no Kane. Anyway precious three points for Chelsea for there fight for a UCL spot.
@MorrisBuck88 True aweful specially that Aurier guy, but got better after Lamela and Moura came in, also Kane would have surely scored that Vinicius header
Werner says he was told to play tactically different under Lampard than he is used to.I have a gut feeling Werner may score under Tuchel,if not tonight then very soon.
@neumi17 it was not true when Pep said it (and Pep probably didn't really mean it to sound snarky), but it is very close to becoming true now: Tottenham = the Harry Kane team.
Spurs are not interested in signing Bale after his loan spell and Real will find it difficult to sell him. When he returns to Real he will be classed as a NON-EU player..
Mourinho needs to change something for this match, whether it be to go 4-4-2, or even go super defensive with a 4-6-0. Without any change to the Tottenham formation or "tactics", this match seems fairly predictable. Chelsea with start on the front foot and push Tottenham back. Chelsea will spend most of the match attacking down the wings and applying a lot of pressure around the box whereas Tottenham will struggle to build any sustained attack. Tottenham will have one break where Bergwijn or Son have a chance but it will hit the post or go wide. By contrast Chelsea will go ahead before the end of the first half (probably via Alonso). In the second half Werner will come on as sub and score a second or third. Tottenham 0-2 Chelsea
Tottenham committed lots of individual errors against Liverpool and were seriously poor against Brighton. They made very few good chances in either game. Playing three at the back with the currently available players seems to be part of the problem: when Tottenham are defending they don't seem to know where they should be; when Tottenham do have the ball the players look isolated. Without Kane on the pitch the players look low on confidence. Højbjerg and Dembele are playing well but they can't do it all on their own.
Chelsea's record agains the top half is P9 W1 D3 L5 Pts6 whereas Tottenham's is P9 W3 D2 L4 Pts11 but it's pretty clear which team has the better form.
Mourinho has been told if he does not finish in the top 4 or win the league cup he will be sacked.
Boring, boring Tottenham.

I don't understand why you pay £300,000 per week for Gareth Bale when you don't even play him.....
@Nico1 It was a Real bad buy.
@Nico1 Last game he was on the pitch for 64 minutes but didn't play either, at least not football.
@Nico1 he is playing - but only golf.
@eastend1 Gareth Bale's Style of Play : Likes to play long balls : )
Spuds coming down the Christmas decs
After 94 minutes 2-2 shots on goal. What an exciting match that must have been.
Tottenham is soooo bad
@MorrisBuck88 True aweful specially that Aurier guy, but got better after Lamela and Moura came in, also Kane would have surely scored that Vinicius header
Like last match Tottenham manages only 1 shot on goal
The current number of shots on goal is 1:1. - antifootball skunks coaches
At half-time, although Chelsea have over 65% of the possession they've only managed one shot on target (the penalty).
Spurs look stunned at how Chelsea have attacked in the first 15 minutes.
Since the crowd is betting on Chelsea, therefore it is necessary to bet on Tottenham;)
@Usp Makes sense, if most people bet on Chelsea than Tottenham is sure gonna win ...
@neumi17 maybe not, but there is sense to bet 1x
Werner says he was told to play tactically different under Lampard than he is used to.I have a gut feeling Werner may score under Tuchel,if not tonight then very soon.
@Rensen players who haven't scored for ages often seem to find joy against Tottenham.
what i love about Tuche is that he came and put players in their favorite position straight away
card for Jorginho
Bergwijn does a great dive now and again. :)
Who’s on falling down duties with Kane out with three ankle injuries?
1-2 Chelsea
1-1
Spurs not only miss Kanes goals but also the great work he does as a 'target man' holding the ball up waiting for the Spurs midfield..
@Rensen And his double digit assists.
@neumi17 it was not true when Pep said it (and Pep probably didn't really mean it to sound snarky), but it is very close to becoming true now: Tottenham = the Harry Kane team.
1-0 burnley to win
@Cityslacker You think ? I go more for Barcelona in this match ...
@neumi17 Nah, my money's on the Dallas Cowboys.
btts & X2
I'd say 0:2 Chelsea. Tottenham seemed lost without Kane vs Brighton.
I can’t see Tuchel winning title in Chelsea, the best he can do is secure top 4 finish which is also very difficult this season
@footballover Don't think Tuchel is expected to win anything this season. Next one will matter though ...
0-0
Under 3.5 goals . Premier league matches are anybody’s guess now a days as everyone beating everyone, outright is too risky
Spurs are not interested in signing Bale after his loan spell and Real will find it difficult to sell him. When he returns to Real he will be classed as a NON-EU player..
1-2 with son/giroud&alonso to score
0-0 Both teams defensively solid and with troubles to score
1-2
