City wins.
thiago is class
Jones and Shaqiri were bad. Ox should get a chance next game if not....come back to Arsenal ;)
@alxdru Shaqiri was good
Liverpool are nothing special at all. No way they win the league this year
@Shyne Depends when the centrebacks come back. No team looks good having to play 2 of their best midfielders in defence.
@Shyne So who would win? all other teams are decent and even worse even if Reds arent special, City and Liverpool r still favourites, even with this form with all defenders injured they are still better than the other teams. they crashed Spurs easily, and u have Everton Leicester Blues inconsistants, and Utd relies on penalties.
@TetouanMorocco Liverpool’s chances are closer to that of United’s chances than City’s now. City are odds on the win the league.
United defo lost this game imo, playing against a team without actual centre backs and not being able to score. United are yet to find a decent gameplan against top 4 sides in de PL.
@Kendev You must be new to football because it was definitely a better point for united than Liverpool. Liverpool are winless in 4 now, have failed to score in 3 games in a row - a win today would have been massive for them getting themselves back in the race. United can take a point and clean sheet away from home against the champions and be happy, defensively it was a good performance from United, Liverpool lacked cutting edge and if it weren’t for Alisson would have probably lost. Why would United be more disappointed? In good form and this is a 16th away game unbeaten in the prem.
Ole and his selection all the time. I don’t know what Martial is still doing in our line up. Doesn’t mark anynone and doesn’t cover up.
@COACHIE Wtf are you blaming Martial for? He was our best attacker today. Blame Rashford being caught offside 10+ times and not making a simple pass to Cavani
Liverpool lucky to draw here, their keeper saved them enough times. They'll be happy with that draw.
Can't believe that a top table team is sitting deep in entire 90 mins.
Man utd never turn up against the big side's in PL. Liverpool the real winners here.
@Real_Madrid why? United keep the first place and they have no CL games
@alxdru They have Europa league games though!
@Nico1 in ucl you have to start your best players,i don't think United will do the same in Europa League if they want to win the title
@alxdru For now. They also traded Ucl for Europa. They'll be lucky to finish in top 4.
@Real_Madrid they need some fresh legs in attack and also a cb
@nithinbvb yeah offcourse ,people forget how important is endurance in football, it's not just about skills and tactics especially this year with all covid problems and absentee
Way better 2nd half from United. Ole deserves credit. Good game from Thiago, Fabinho, Maguire.
@benj Ole deserves credit for what exactly? Liverpool were there for the taking and we barely even troubled Henderson at CB. Disgraceful
@benj Shaw too
Disappointing game by Rashford
@neumi17 The fact that he stayed on the pitch for 90 mins is a joke. He was genuinely a 12th player for Liverpool
@neumi17 what about Bruno? Lol
Such a boring game, worst game ever... PL is so overrated!
@stefanm I don't agree it was so boring
Defensive game , draw
@footballover omg no... someone delete this comment fast
Cavani will come on and score.
To make it a proper Liverpool-ManU game there should be a penalty for Manchester and a late goal for Liverpool.
United not getting to a proper diving position
Would be already over, if Liverpool's front 3 were anywhere near their usual form
Bruno Ferandes is simply horrible so far.
@Pastore10 Messi and Pastore? You really know to pick overhyped Argentines for "idols", don't you?
Fabinho and Henderson as center backs, Shaqiri in midfield? Liverpool going all out attack :D
@Castle All out nothing*
Manchester to win her
Lindelof, seriously? Liverpool to win 2-1 or 3-1
@Byakuya Lindelöf is better as central defender, than what Fabinho is.
Liverpool 3 - 1 Manchester United
Gone for 1-1 although I hope it is more exciting than that like 2-3.
Liverpool to win this one 2-0 or 2-1. It can end in a draw 0-0 if both teams are playing very defensive. Man Utd have only scored 1 goal against the top 6 teams this season, so can't see them win today.
Liverpool 2-0 Man Utd
Red (card) for Pool ...they got away a few times this season . I go for Robertson :-P
Both to score in the first half.
as a man utd fan, I'm optimistic about this match for the first time after a long time. still, the odds are against us but I'm pretty sure that we'll watch a very entertaining game.
1-2 Rashford , Cavani
Can we get a defender before contending again!
Gonna give it a 3-1, LFC wins
both to score
As always, boring 0-0 here from two so called BIG teams afraid of losing lol.
0-3 Bruno Pogba Magic :)
A draw game 1-1 GGMU forever : )
2-3
0-0 :)
@Finucci 17x ODDS. Niiiiiiiceeeee
2-2
Points collected in the league(last 10 games only) Man Utd - 26 Man City - 21 Liverpool - 17 Man Utd clearly have the better form, but I still think the only two genuine contenders as of now are Liverpool and Man City. However, if United come away with a win at Anfield-Liverpool's home record stands at 67 games unbeaten in the league- then only can Utd be considered as a genuine title contender. It is a really tough ask for Utd which is pretty unlikely to materialize. So much at stake here- on the one hand, the holders, wanting to remind the world who the champions are, will be going for a win, while on the other, the giants who have been sleeping for the most part of a decade and finally seem to be on the rise, will also be going for a win in their bid to make their title statement. Liverpool vs Man Utd hasn't been this feisty in years. So much at stake here. A draw seems sensible for United, but f@#k that cause it's Liverpool vs Man Utd. Really hoping that neither of VAR and the
@atalpandey7 **referee ruin this blockbuster of a fixture. #GGMU
I believe Mane and Salah will score in this match. I also believe united will try and get their usual penalty by trying to throw themselves in the box. I predict a 2/3 to nil to Liverpool. Perhaps an equal game as we saw in league cup against City which play similarly to Liverpool. United have scarped some lucky results recently and suddenly have sprung to the top as title contenders. You cannot win EPL when your most reliable goals are penalties! Liverpool have world class players up top and in the middle. United have zero world class players in their ranks.
@albgunn . Your last sentence says it all, the writer of this comment has zero level of thinking for altering such statement about zero world class. So BRUNO, POGBA, DEA G, RASH FORD, CAVANI to mention a few are not world class. Idiot
@albgunn Bruno Fernandes is world class, even Stevie Wonder can see that.
@albgunn fun fact According to the stats Liverpool would have actually dropped seven extra points this season if it weren't for their penalties and would be in ninth place. United on the other hand would be just four points worse off but would have dropped one place into second. One word to recapitulate your comment mate- hypocrisy. Yes, United haven't been anywhere near their best for 7 years now, but anyone who has watched United since January 2020 would definitely agree that they are on the rise.
@atalpandey7 That's not a 'fact' though is it? That's just something you saw being spread on social media and (wrongly) assumed to be correct. Man United have scored penalties against Brighton, West Brom and Aston Villa this season. All games which you won by a one goal margin. With out those 3 penalties alone you would be 6 points worse off and sat in 6th place right now, not 2nd as you claimed. Next time do a fact check before you repost such nonsense. The logic in your argument is stupid anyway as who knows what might have been the final score if you take out penalties. Football doesn't work like that.
@Nico1 had their fair share of penalties and “lucky wins”. In fact, every team has. You need to let go of your bias and adhere to facts. But, you surely can’t, can you? [[[ PS: Read the comments bottom up]]]
@Nico1 converted by teams in the top 6 that played their hands in directly influencing results that would have otherwise been lost or drawn. In that case, Man Utd would be second only to City. I know it isn’t logical to factor out penalties because penalties are a part of the game. The premise was simply in response to the salty comment by @albgunn that claimed United are always looking to win penalties and wouldn’t have been in the spot they are now had it not been for the penalties and the “lucky wins”. Every team gets penalties and scrappy wins, but you can’t be specific or salty singling out a single team and leaving the other alone when trying to base your argument because, again, every team gets penalties and scrappy wins. If you are basing your argument on certain parameters, you have got to factor in both sides of the coin; in this case you have to factor in penalties and “lucky wins” acquired by both the teams because, again, both ManUtd and Liverpool have... ***continued***
@Nico1 @Nico1 Over the years I have seen how biased your opinions are against Man Utd. Here is another fun fact- I always verify the stats that are circulated in the media before claiming the same to be true. I did compare every team's result without penalties that directly played their hands in drawing or leading games. I compared every top 6 team's point factoring out every penalty that directly played a hand in drawing or leading a drawn game. It was a daunting task that I had to do for the fact that I always verify stats before claiming them to be true and also because the internet is plentiful with "football fans" who falsely presume popular stats, that can otherwise weaken their illogical claims against teams that they are biased against, to be always false. And yes, the stat that I shared in my previous comment is true. Go and do your fact-checking before claiming anything to be false; for that, you need to, at the very least, factor out all the penalties... ***continued***
@albgunn There is nothing in common between Manchester City's style of football and what Liverpool play.
@albgunn , salty comment. World class players my ass when you lost to Southampton without scoring . United are not the best at the moment but not as bad as your hatred says . It’s a rebuilding team and the manager is quite humble unlike big mouth flop
0-4 to united, all goals hotly disputed penalties
Manchester are the only team in the premier league, that haven't lost a away game. Welcome to the gulag (Anfield)
May I ask what this prediction is based on? Because if we look at current form, it points to the game being everything else EXCEPT a Liverpool win.
@splint3r Man U form has dipped.
@eastend1 Liverpool's form in the league - DWWDDL. Manchester United's form in the league - WWDWWW. Your argument is invalid.
@splint3r United dived to get a penalty against Villa. And scraped past Wolves and Burnley thanks to deflections. They haven't won a single game against a 'big six' team this season. That is why they are predicted to lose. Their league position and 'form' flatters them massively.
@Nico1 dived into ? there is a thing called getting too close to a player inside the box...Pogba fell down not because he tripped himself but because the villa player was too close to pogba...lucky wins you say? that's called not giving and grinding out results...you dont have to win every game by a huge margin or total demolition...every team gets scrappy wins...liverpool won the league last season..did they win all their games by completely demolishing their opponents? of course not...they had their share of scrappy wins ...but of course you wont address that...you are nothing more than a hater
@atalpandey7 How many games have United dominated this season? 1 or 2 at most. The vast majority of their wins have been scrappy. Hence why despite being top of the league, they are still only 3rd favourites with the bookies to win it. Everyone knows that their position in the table flatters them massively.
@Nico1 cry
@Olegend20 Cry about what? I'm just explaining the prediction. If you want to act like a child you can go to Youtube or facebook. Whoscored is where educated fans have debates, not trolls.
1-2 MU. Bruno MOTM, Cavani to score!
2-0. Or 2-1
1-3 fernandes open play hattrick
@slabhead.maguire And he still hasn't!! Fraud never shows up in the big games
@slabhead.maguire Since joining Man United. Fernandes has never scored a goal against a big six team that wasn't a penalty.
Cavani and Bruno to score . GGMU
wow, a chance for Man Utd to extend the lead to 6 points already
@pyt55 Last time they won at Anfield was 5 years ago mate, it aint happening...
@pyt55 So Man City's games in hand don't count?
VAR to ruin the game
@Jimic hahahaha the best prediction, but let me guesse . Mane or Salah who will play the scinario to get a penalty.
@Jimic Hahahahahah this prediction is actually the best! I agree!
2-1
WDATSIMINKHOTOPUTD
This will be amazing game
@stefanm I don't think this. I think Michael Owen tip is well, its a 0-0 score match.
@Finucci 17x ODDS. Niiiiiiiceeeee
