Team News

Bournemouth
Aston Villa
  • Dango Ouattara joins Enes Unal, Ryan Christie and Luis Sinisterra in the Bournemouth physio room owing to a groin issue sustained in the 2-1 win at Arsenal.
  • Antoine Semenyo may therefore return to the starting XI having been dropped for the game at the Emirates.
  • Lewis Cook may drop into right-back once again, with Alex Scott starting in place of Julian Araujo.
  • Marcus Rashford is joined by Youri Tielemans on the sidelines, with the midfielder set to miss the final three games of the season.
  • As such, Unai Emery will be forced into one change from the side that started the 1-0 win over Fulham last weekend, with Amadou Onana expected to start alongside Boubacar Kamara.

Prediction

  • Bournemouth extended their unbeaten run to five matches with a 2-1 win at second-placed Arsenal last time out, a result that does mean they have won only two of their last five league outings, however. They have picked up a result in their last two home outings after a four-game losing streak at the Vitality Stadium.
  • Aston Villa maintained their push for a top-five finish with a professional 1-0 win over Fulham last weekend. The Villans make the trip to the south coast having won six of their last seven in the league, but did lose their last away Premier League outing as they fell to a late 2-1 defeat at Manchester City.
  • Villa have failed to win their last three trips to Bournemouth, losing twice, but with more at stake; Unai Emery may just oversee a narrow victory on Saturday.
