- Interim Hearts boss Liam Fox named four changes after the Jambos' 1-0 defeat to Dundee at Tynecastle, before the men in maroon responded with a 3-1 victory over Ross County in the Highlands at the weekend.
- Craig Gordon continued in goal. Craig Halkett partnered Frankie Kent in defence, replacing Jamie McCart. James Penrice continued at left-back, with Adam Forrester remaining at right-back.
- Beni Baningime, Jorge Grant and Blair Spittal were given the nod in midfield.
- An entirely new front three saw Kenneth Vargas and Alan Forrest, who sealed the deal in Dingwall, support Lawrence Shankland who bagged a brace. Out dropped Cammy Devlin, Sander Kartum and Elton Kabangu.
- Motherwell manager Michael Wimmer made one change to the Steelmen side that secured a 3-2 victory over St Johnstone at Fir Park, before they left it late to defeat Dundee 2-1 at Dens Park on Saturday afternoon.
- The only alteration came between the sticks as Aston Oxborough took Ellery Balcombe's place in goal. Dominic Thompson, Dan Casey, Stephen O'Donnell and John Koutrombis - who was sent off in Dundee - made up the back four.
- Andy Halliday and Lennon Miller were chosen in the middle of the park, with Callum Slattery accompanying them. Tom Sparrow and Harry Paton started on the flanks in support of lone striker Tony Watt.
